Oldshare its simple if you bought shares at 0.07 and can make 30% quickly and know you will be offered more shares on future placing then why would you hold on. Bank your money and move on. They are not interested in the long term of anything just how quickly they can turn a brilliant profit. They are required for liquidity so a necessary evil!

I have reduced my holding significantly as have a fear the current mcap vs consolidated mcap with new shares in issue is out of line. I hope I'm wrong but just cant shake it. Just cant see this being 30p+ which is where it needs to be. Good luck to everyone riding this out.

I think its about 60-80m so nothing really!! Its why it moves so fast. Once we get a deal over the line this will be unstoppable

Its roughly a 5x for the Investors on current terms if we are reading it correctly. Will need roughly 20p post consolidation to sit where we are today if my maths are correct??

Yes you are right but the company has been priced to fail so it's actually massive news!!

Will need to reprice the warrants significantly if this runs away to much! Otherwise the company valuation will be hugely out of line. Looking forward to tomorrow and seeing how this unfolds.

Definitely need a little clarification on what's going on! Clearly massive limitations on what they can dispose of and they are not investing large sums of money for no return.
