COPL is continuing with its Cole Creek Frontier 1 recompletion program. The second well in the program is 4-27-35n-77w. It is located approximately 0.5 miles northwest of 11-27 with the reservoir sands 230' higher in elevation. The lower Frontier 1 sand will be perforated with fifty-six feet (56') of perforations. In common with 11-27, no stimulation of the perforations is planned. Reservoir quality from wire-line logs from 4-27 well appears to be better than the reservoir perforated at 11-27. Operations will commence when services required become available.

On October 11, the Company received a temporary permit from the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission to temporarily flare up to 3.5 MMCF/d of produced gas to relieve the pressure constraints at certain high pressure flowing oil wells at its Barron Flats Shannon Unit. Due to the volatile nature of the produced oil in these wells, initiation of flaring for safety reasons was dependent on full installation of vapor recovery units on each well site. Commissioning of these facilities was delayed in November due to supply chain constraints on critical components. All facilities were in place and commissioned in early December. High pressure gathering lines were also laid from two wells directly to the gas plant thus mitigating flaring at these locations. All restricted wells in the field are currently back on line with field production not yet stable, but increasing as rates are slowly increased through the optimization process.

The key document at this point in time is the certificate of discovery which is issued by the State Committee on reserves (GKZ) after the TEO or FS has been submitted. You can’t get a mining permit until you been through this stage. EUA have both for MT. Try and enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Can’t see anyone throwing a load of money at COPL or does the sentiment suggest that’s going to happen. 10% increase on August numbers is all we can cling to.
