why were we not told that ARCM shares had been sold

where did you see the ARCM shares already sold

yes but who is going to bring the mine back into production,after all this delay waiting for the money,it would have been better if they also announced they had contractors ready to start straight away,they said they were negotiating with previous contractors so why the delay again.It annoys me also that they are not replying emails now,we need answers.I cant see the $350k loan being allowed to be repaid with Zim dollars,so that will be either huge dilution or loss of 350k Circum shares

that will be great if we can pay off the loan with Zim dollars,we just need news now that work has started at RHA

Charlie1984,i totally agree with this,lets get drilling ASAP and the share price should rise and if $6million drops the share will be way above .0145 giving KME freedom to sell,but at least we will be making progress instead of everyone sitting on their ar$$e waiting for Zim Government

The lenders have now agreed to cancel the Security in return for the grant of conversion rights with respect to the entire Loan amount. The Company has agreed therefore that the Loan can be converted into new ordinary shares at any time on or before the maturity date at the lesser of the Volume Weight Average Price for the five trading days immediately prior to the date of conversion or the closing price of the Premier's shares on the day preceding this announcement.

steward1 the arc shares security was cancelled and the loan was converted to PREM shares,so ARC shares are available to sell

yes i agree sell ARCM and get Zulu drilling ASAP,we cant push for RHA payment as out of GRs control.I am sure any progress on Zulu will be good for share price,then $6million drops and a further boost.All the market wants to see is progress with this company and not all these delays and waiting on Zim gov all time

What about the $400k placing, Premier intends to use the proceeds of the Placing to assist with the funding of the ongoing due diligence on the Honey Badger Resources Limited ("HBR") acquisition, deal costs for the HBR and KME Plant (Proprietary) Limited transaction as announced (see RNS dated 14 February 2019) and general working capital necessary for the Group.
the HBR and KME deals did not happen so why cant the funds put aside for those deals be used to start zulu and hope the $6 million comes in soon as i am sure with that and Zulu drilling the share price will be much higher.He could also sell ARC shares just to get Zulu started.

When GRs trust provided the loan before he used the arc shares as a gaurantee of repayment,so as has been suggested last night why cant GRs trust buy the ARC shares or indeed buy some of the Circum shares after all it was GR who used our money to purchase these assets,so let him take on the expense of buying them so we can get Zulu drilling.It was his decision to buy these assets instead of progressing Zulu so let his trust wait for a return from those assets so we can get Zulu drilling.Just a thought

Why cant GR provide another loan like he did before and maybe sell arc shares.All we need is to see progress with Zulu and hopefully the share price will increase themn possibly look to make deal with kme if they still wanted ,and if $6million came in as well,that would give another boost
