Hi Mr Newbie2024, how will PI's know when all shares are issued?

My opinion was correct, Peel Hunt are selling @1.6+p after mopping up what was left of the offer @1.5p. Easy money being a GDR market-maker and investor. my opinion is that Peel hunt probably have a huge iceberg sell order right now, until they are no longer invested at all.

Mr Roger, Mr Padrock is not peddling any narrative about Peel wanting to take them over. He's just discussing scenarios regarding what he thinks Peel will do with their sudden and unexpected 20% holding, whether they will increase it or sell and when. You think they will start selling in 4 weeks? I think they might be selling now tbh.

profit is profit, Mr Tiger. If there is anything most LTH's of GDR have learned its that not to be greedy. Say you buy at 1.45 and sell at 1.65 thats an easy and relatively low risk 10% profit in a few days (probably peel hunt are the profit takers imo). AIM stocks like GDR are generally NOT long term investments.

If Peel is building up a large holding then it takes me back to Mr Cheeks relunctance to give an answer to the question whether they are considering taking GDR private . Which by not answering meant they were considering taking the company private, but what we don't know was what was decided or agreed. That peel holds 20% now is a very unexpected and interesting development imo. It might turn out to be the most significant RNS that GDR have ever published.

Regarding your cut & Paste, I need a bit of explanation I'm afraid.. can you confirm that is the order book and the orders only consist of 30 000 share orders? and can you also confrim whether or not peel has an order of 30 000 to buy at 1.45 and an order to sell at 1.5? or are they both buy orders?

I think its safe to assume after the RNS yesterday regarding peel Hunt holding 20% of GDR, that peel Hunt have an increidbly large iceberg sell order on their books, and its Peel Hunt themselves who are selling on behalf of Peel Hunt! Its quite an extraordinary situation, is it legal given their conflict of interests as nomad and market maker?

I suppose it depends on the price peel hunt sell at. Will they take 1% profit 10%, 20%, 50% 100%? They are now GDR's only shareholder and a very big one at that.

Oh I understand, well I suppose you could be right, after all Peel Hunt do call themselves an investment bank.

They now own 19.7% of GDR @1.5p. What does every think they with all those shares?

Good balanced post. Perhaps its a sign that GDR is attracting sensible investors.
