The only reasons to get tested is
1. if you need or believe you will need officially recognized proof that you've recovered from covid in order to access somewhere still with covid restrictions.. Only official tests are worth taking.
2. You are visiting vulnerable relatives and you don't want them to catch it.

1. is covered by an official and free pcr test
2 is covered by a free LFT.

GDR won't sell anything unless they sell to wealthy individuals/clubs etc who enforce their visitors to have a LAMP test before permitting entry to their stately home/club. No-one cares for anything more accurate than a free LFT. And people still don't bother, even though they are free!

There is alreasy a second omicron 2 wave sweeping the world. The bottom line is the sp lies with gdr, news of new variant may push the sp up to 40p. Big contracts would push it to 100+. no contracts and punters will have lost their punt.

yes, unfortunately there are plenty of competitors offering swab pocs and who won contracts well before GDR'poc is/was ready. No-one on here is prepared to order it. I wonder why people are invested tbh. the products are plain , uncompetitive and not ready on time. The saliva poc is too late to market too, but its definitely the way to go. Accurate saliva tests would be a gamechanger in controlling new potentially dangerous variants.
