Just read the RNS and it does seem very clear - everything is on track in line with "market expectations" and "trading performance remains strong" - if its not true then the Rules will get the individuals (one would hope) but why would they lie? Agree with the possibility that margins could be impacted but importantly the company is getting cash in - Debenhams and others, if you read reports over the weekend, could run out of money/cash.
Also, the state of retail appears to be a UK issue at the moment and hence the slump on the street (Debenhams and Co) in the UK. Apart from the reason of Brexit, is the main reason not that everyone od shopping online? I am - my daughter had a Boohoo package delivered on Saturday.
I will keep the hope that Jan 15 will bring good news considering the state of everything else and Boohoo just happens to be in the crosswinds - my opinion and will accept it if I am wrong.

Let’s be honest here - the interims were not good and quite obvious that The Company is not up to speed. The disappointment that they did not have stock so obviously no sales - market wants to see results not talk and the stock issue was a nasty surprise the company kept quiet for as long as possible

You traded several times - I only needed to trade twice (buy and then sell). The company was in rocket mode so what should I have posted? I have bought once with Koovs (£30k at 10.4p) In my mind I'll sell when they reach 200p if that happens. Will only reach rise and reach 200p (if at all) with positivity in sales and growth - I am hoping/dreaming/praying - so what?
Ok - Koovs comply with the AIM rules - pat on the back to them. I am merely waiting for the announcement on whatever day and time of day they decide to do so - great.

Jambon - at this point I have not said anything "positive" I agree. That does not mean to say I am not positive as my gut feeling (as I have said before) that this company looks very much like Boohoo - I bought £50k at 31 p and sold at 265 p. The difference here is that at the time the Boohoo BOD spoke to investors somewhat more regularly (and still do) and my query(ies) are why the Koovs BOD don't follow suit?
Until I see figures, as I did and as witnessed by how Boohoo rose (sales up/market share growing/ researched forecasts, etc.) my gut is ruling my head - nothing scientific in my brain.
As for being a poster - well based on Boohoo I am quite an unusual poster would you not agree?

Yup - just had a look - if no Christmas news (good or bad) then New Years Eve news (good or bad) - WHY?
Done a few AIMS stocks and the lack of news/information from BOD here is unusual to say the least.....aah well patience persists.

Holders are in for the long term and now offers a great entry price before interims in the next 14 days - Really? Today is the 10th so we get news on 24th or before OR after? Who knows exactly when this announcement will materialise or is everyone just guessing?

That would be an ok update but there will be disappointment if sales are DOWN. I would have thought this (I have read) 100% increase in web traffic will result in sales and the company actually generating CASH will be what the market wants to hear. Is the web traffic not advertising?
Additionally, hearing what targets/forecasts/et al are would be helpful.

To be clear I am certainly not having a go/criticising Jambon or anyone else - I am merely confused with what appears to be going on and await facts on Koovs such as sales, forecasts et al.
The 15p shares purchases might have gone thru (if they are at all) but not publically - is there a different Class of share within the company that does not fall under the AIM Rules? This is what I do not get at all and must question legality if this is the case Koovs is a publically listed company after all.
Have Future Group actually paid i.e. have they released funds for these shares?

Jambon - therein lies my confusion? I must be reading you incorrectly! This is a listed company and as I read you it seems certain individuals have "inside information" which is being withheld and meantime they are "filling their boots outside of AIM rules" and once done will release said information at a time of their choosing so as to capitalise on the anticipated/expected SP rise - is that not market manipulation/abuse?
Maybe my lack of market skills is coming to the fore but if it means the shares will "take off out of control" because of whatever they are doing then I won't complain. But I am still confused..............

Jambon - are they buying at 15p? I would ask why would they do that i.e. pay 15p when they can now get them at 8.9p. This does not make sense

I reckon everyone is somewhat baffled on this. As I read it everything appears to be in place for this company to take off but one must ask the question - is it? The market seems to have other ideas in it- what do they know we don't?
Patience is the mantra at the moment because until such time as we see figures and well founded and researched forecasts etc. everything being said is not being believed - we just want to believe it at this stage.
The question is what will this December announcement/trading statement/whatever you want to call it factually reveal and worryingly management seem to want to delay it. I am exhibiting patience at least until 31 December as I, like everyone else, do not know. 50/50 with positive HOPE at this point in time.

Wolster has put it in a nutshell - until Koovs can demonstrate it has turned a corner financially Koovs is going nowhere. Put another way, as I mentioned before, what sales and cash is it producing and forecasts thereafter.

CASH IS KING. Everything else is rumour and hope at this time imho.

My investment with this is as I was with Boohoo. I had a gut feeling something was going to happen and it did- I have that same feeling with Koovs. Am I right ?- time will tell........

Yep - just maybe (repeat maybe) something is afoot but I'm not holding my breath. Good luck on this one Guys - who knows what might happen? Consensus is, I think, we could do with a little boost of confidence.

On the matter of no news. I sent an email (23 Oct) to Rob Pursell asking "what is going on - disgruntled shareholders, blah blah. As I mentioned before I got a reasonably bland but pleasant email back (1 Nov)which read:

Dear Glen
Our next announcement will be the Interims which are due before the end of December. We are not planning a trading statement before then.

So it's a wait for the announcement on Interims. What that will being who knows - I certainly don't but as I am in only 25k not Armageddon but I agree with everyone that it is very annoying. WHAT - sp up to 8.55 as I type??

Sold out on this a few months back - took the loss and glad I did then. This company is not going anywhere. As I did say a while back this company should change its name to Premier Pensions Services - any money it makes goes to subsidising the legacy defined benefit pensions - company makes its money on food products - simple really
Good for employees not for shareholders but don't blame the employees - just the management who had their thumbs well and truly up a certain orifice.

I hear comments like - Koovs don't want to release good news until the market catches up etc. blah blah. What a load of ***p. Whatever the news is in December, good or bad, will tell its own story. If the news is bad then we know why BOD kept it quiet - if it is good why keep that quiet - something here is not right??
I don't want to see anymore fancy videos whatever - I have got the message but are koovs selling and are they raking in cash - cash is king
