Some jerk on advfn, name of Pennyfalls, has just been busted posting misleading information re: Tim Hart, suggesting that Mr Hart has a "100% record in getting low-ball figures accepted". It transpires that this statistic has nothing whatsoever to do with UNCITRAL cases. He also states that "there is quite a high chance this [OXS' case] will be a loss". Why on earth such people stay invested in OXS baffles me. Sell up and vacant the BB, for the love of God. BTW, Pettycash (lol), Ruby emailed me. Yeah, she's a friend of mine. She thinks you're slightly odd trying to solicit a drink with her this weekend in Leeds on an investor bulletin board, when she doesn't know you from Adam!. Nice try, but (sadly, sad being the operative word), no cigar. Better luck next time!

Google finance is showing an sp of 3.55p. Is it correct, or a horrible mistake?!

Coaster, couldn't agree more. Look at ACA, formerly ABG. Every time Questor said "Sell" or "Avoid", the share price went up (substantially), It's actually a good yardstick. Do the opposite to Questor and you'll be in profit. AIMHO and DYOR. Good luck all.

If Questor is saying 'avoid', then that is a definite 'buy' for me! Just do a little research. In January 2013, Questor recommended ABG as a buy at @ 3 pounds 50p. By July 2013, ABG's SP was @ 1 pound (I know, I bought in). Then in Jan 2014, Questor recommended selling ABG @ 2 pounds a share. The share went on to a high of 3 pounds 20p in March, before falling back to current levels. So, obviously, if you had heeded Questor's advice, you would be seriously out of pocket. But yeah, avoid it now, at your peril!
