PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
What a marathon. https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/DVRG/publication-of-offer-document-rule-15-letters/14718618 The Offer Document is finally published, with first closing on 3rd November.
If you dog deep enough, you will find it.
@Argyle these things take time. We have been talking for months on this. Resources are focused on what they have been which is sectors that have high demand and deep pockets, which include the Cruise, Airline, factories of multi-national corporations, EAST, WEST and EU. All require an end-to-end solution, not bits and pieces. They need a way to open their industries and around the Great Lakes are such large corporations. This is the largest source of Fresh Water in the Western Hemisphere 7 Provinces, 35 million People who rely on the lakes for drinking, jobs and their way of life.
Targets viruses include rotavirus
adenovirus
coxsackievirus
echovirus
calicivirus
norovirus
Hepatitis A and E
Target Bacteria include
Escherichia coli (e.coli)
Salmonellaspp.
Shigella spp.
Aeromonas hydrophila
Campylobacter jejuni
Helicobacter
Mycobacteria
Legionella
Target Protozoa (parasites) include
Cryptosporidium parvum
Giardia lamblia
The diseases they cause outside of anything to do with COVID19 are diarrhea, respiratory illness, liver damage, kidney failure, heart disease, cancer, nervous system disorders, birth defects even death.
@Argyle... work in progress
@Argyle, third paragraph down. "The appointment to manage the water systems will continue for three years, with an initial trial period of six months, and an annual renewal thereafter"
@Argyle that is $500,000 over 6 months. Sorry to correct you but I would ask you yo be careful speculating.
It's all about the the data
If we raise Aptamers or Affimers for that bacteria, then yes.
@justdavie, now I see where you are coming from. I recall someone asking a dentist whether it is necessary to use dental floss all of your teeth. His response was "No, of course not, only the ones you want to keep".
The same situation is here. You only have to use it, if you want to get on an airplane, if you want to get through security in an airport, if you want to get on a cruise ship and if you want to get off a cruise ship and confirm to the port authority that you don't have infectious spreadable COVID19 or Norovirus. If you want to go to a theatre, get past the bouncer at a nightclub, football stadium, concert, packed with 54,000 or Glastonbury Festival with half a million people, or perhaps any business conference where you engage one to one with your colleagues. How about schools and third level education dorms, classes? How about the comfort of knowing your fellow passengers have not tested positive for COVID19? Is that worth it?
Probably only useful for those who don't want to spread it to anyone. For everyone else, no point using it. (Tongue in cheek comment and no offense intended)
@justdavie, I suspect you are confusing the Microtox PD which is the pathogen detection unit from Modern Water for wastewater, with the Microtox BT (breathalyser). That was a description of the use of the same chip in a wastewater detection unit that runs continuous.
@Cadbury
Using a modified Microtrace OVA7100 (existing equipment from Modern Water), the Group are replacing the voltometer with a Novel Sensor which includes a laser scanner. A 10-micron filter is added to the current line in, after the existing 100-micron filter, and the modular electronics are reprogramed to provide for the existing robotic arm (normally used for reagent exchange) to exchange the microchips.
The 3,000+ sites that have been fitted by Modern Water, over the last 30 years, whether it's the membrane division that 'cleans' the water or the monitoring technology, that surveys for toxins, trace metals, chemicals or pesticides, are dotted all over the infrastructure of potable, drinking and wastewater systems, around the world.
Wherever there is a viable 'target' i.e. the best place where it is likely to pick up traces of the virus - that is where the Microtox PD is placed. In the case of a cruise ship, one of each unit would be adjacent to the (usually) five sludge tanks in the waste treatment units below deck.
Also the systems is designed so that clean/filtered samples in these environments (down to 10 microns) are deliver as one sample per chip. The chips are not constantly submerged, and they are not multi-use under current plans. So durability is not an issue and there is no issue to go away from.
Just one point to clarify. Wastewater is first out the door. We only change 3 things on the Modern Water OVA7100 units already installed.
We replace the voltometer with a laser canning unit
We increase the filtration by adding a 10 micron (off the shelf) filter to the 100 micron already in place, and
We use the motorised arm to exchange microchips instead of changing the reagents.
Everything else is the same. These will be rolled out in early Q1 with no regulatory hurdles to be met, just samples from testing on the actual virus for our dataset to compare with the digital signal analysed using AI
That is already to go
Guys I can't read or answer over 700 comments. But I can post what has been posted elsewhere in answer to questions in the AGM today.
The breathalyser is personal, to you. It will cost in the region of $25 or £20. That is yours and is multi-use.
You use a Microtox BT chip for each test. These tests will be available in a similar way to how you buy Gillette Fusion Blades in packs of five/ten. Each test will cost £4 or $5. These are the daily tests.
It is intended as part of the project to place readers across the country in train stations, petrol stations, shopping malls, office buildings, theatres, cinemas, hotel lobbies. Consider them equivalent to Vending Machines. These are funded using securitised means based on future recurring revenues.
These readers are free to use. No reader is required to be purchased so long as there is a large footfall in the vicinity of the reader.
Businesses, however, may purchase their own. Business who do so will be subsidised and there is a tax advantage in purchasing in companies for Health and safety reasons.
Each chip has its own security code using highly secure blockchain to verify a) that it is genuine (not capable of being copied with fakes) and b) so that it can be identified on the Microtox BT servers. A fake chip will not be scanned.
Once the scan (in the reader) is done it takes seconds to get a result. This is sent over the air (OTA) to your mobile phone (Microtox BT App) and stored in your results folder. This is unique to you because it combines registration of your device to the verified code on the microchip test.
Now the result is valid for 24 hours.
In other words, for the next 24 hours, anyone can use any free QR Code app, that you can download from any app-store, to scan your QR Code in your Microtox BT app which will compare it on our servers for proof that it matches the test taken at any reader anywhere in the last 24 hours that you are negative.
It hasn't failed so far
I am very much aware of Dr Topol's recognition of genomic and digital perspective and fully agree with the view that ditigsl surveillance for clusters for any infectious disease is not in confirming that the virus/pathogen exists, but that you are or are not infectious.
That is the road map out of this COVID19 madness. Joined up thinking, working with tools that have been tried and tested, not just the latest fad out of the side door of a university.
Science is engineering at attogram and femtogram scale. To see that world you need digital tools.
That's okay @Trillsg. I'll be presenting with my eyes shut
@Paulcon62. Yes, that was the purpose of the Share Option scheme. These are staff only share options. No senior management or directors are in the scheme.
As far as I am concerned, they are the most valuable assets of the company who make things happen, during lock-down and helped to create shareholder value from 0.5p to where we are now at 3.55p (consolidated 35.5p).
@MrUnderhill. That was our lawyers reserving the DeepVerge Name for us a month ago by changing one of their dormant companies with that name.
@debcashew I love cheesy 80's action films. https://images.moviepostershop.com/cyborg-movie-poster-1989-1020203618.jpg
@oilbethere. You are confusing Rule 8.3 with a TR1. As part of the Takeover Panel rules every person or fund who holds 1% or more must declare their open and closing positions within 10 days from the Rule 2.7 announcement.
