Great news today but how will DSM react to this I wonder.
We have just pulled Fruitflows (potentially) biggest customer from under there noses.
Indena SAS in France and Italy are/were the third party manufacturer for Fruitflow II & I and I see no reason atm why this would change but I am sure there are other manufacturers out their that could easily step in.

It would be an 800 mile round trip for me to attend and its doubtful I would come away knowing any more than I do today.

However if I were to go I would be trying to extract any info I could on what is happening with By-Health.
The first collaboration between BH and DSM was signed November 2016 (yes 5 years ago) but yet we know very little.
First BH FF product was going to be launched in the second half of 2017 but that was dropped as By-Health decided Blue Cap was the way to go. First submission for Blue Cap was reportedly going to be by the end of 2018 and this was then changed and BY-HEALTH was intending to make its first submission to the SAMR for Fruitflow in February 2019.
No conformation was ever given that this has actually happened and after years of waiting for Blue Cap we are now told that By-Health are planning on submitting for a new health function claim and this may happen in the first half of 2022.

Don't get me wrong, I think a new health function claim in China would be fantastic for fruitflow but what has happened to Blue Cap? How long will a new health claim take? Will FF then need to go through further Blue Cap submissions or will that be automatic as all the trials were with Fruitflow?
We need some decent info on what is actually happening. If not at the AGM then at the next update.
