Much as I would like to see BH buying a few shares there is no evidence that they have been buying. Likewise there is no evidence of DSM selling.
The market would need to be notified if either had crossed the relevant percentage.

Not sure about the 500k's as they were on the bid at the time but if I was a gambling man I would say the 2 Mil is a buy.
