Chestnut or not it remains unclear as to the position regarding obtaining Blue Cap health claim status under the existing permitted health functions.
What is clear is that B-H are working on a regulatory submission for a new permitted health function claim for foods such as Fruitflow to be added to the existing health claim register and "If By-Health is successful in obtaining a new permitted health function claim it is currently expected that this would result in some significant orders for Fruitflow, potentially at a multiple of current total sales values."

How Blue Cap fits into the above is an unknown (to me anyway) but we know health foods are required to use a blue cap logo on their product packaging.

TBH I have no idea what number it is. "Eligible participants were recruited from February to December 2019" so could have been completed a while back but who knows.

By-Healths English site does seem to be delayed a day or 2 compared to B-H Chinese site.

After all the cash and effort By-Health have put into Fruitflow so far I have no doubt that any product launch will not be "small launch word of mouth"

Disappointing but not surprising that the share price has taken a dip with the further equity finance or potential loan finance that may be required to buy the remaining stock from DSM.

We didn't pay him or the previous DSM NED.

BB, I didn't say that DSM would put someone forward I said I "wondered if we were going to get another DSM Non-executive Director" due to the fact they still hold 6.48% of the company or more accurately DSMV do and we know DSMV like to have someone at board level. Then there is the Premix and Market-Ready Solutions agreement along with the new partnership that has been agreed relating to the gut microbiome.
IMO, over 1 million Euros is a lot of stock to hold if they were expecting to walk away from the existing AA.

Anyway, as I said. It appears as though its not going to happen.

Pretty sure someone will have to come aboard to help IF with the extra workload but I had wondered if we were going to get another DSM Non-executive Director. It appears not. BWTFDIK :)
