Technically incorrect, bankruptcy relates to individuals, and not corporate entities.
Probably an incorrect read of the situation in any case. The company has sufficient funds to ride out a failure of the current product (should that indeed be the case, which is at present only a sneaking suspicion) and develop into a new potential marketplace; after all, the company has successfully done this on a number of occasions in the past.
I am confident that if you hold long enough, there will be another spike sufficient to give everyone an exit point, where it goes from there is a different matter, of course.

I agree wholeheartedly that the price can easily be manipulated, but that's done by strategic dispositions and acquisitions of shareholdings that are generally significantly greater than the average private investor will invest.
I would ask the question whether anyone wielding that level of financial clout required to influence the share price would bother to read or indeed be swayed by a bunch of spanners on here arguing the toss one way or another; I think not, and therefore stand by my earlier comment.
I hear what you say about some parties appearing to have an inside track, but I'm afraid that's life, and life sometimes isn't fair.....

None of the drivel posted on this board affect the share price one iota! All of the silly claptrap about shorting, day trading out of a manipulated share position is complete nonsense, and basically an attempt at a justification for trying to silence those who don't tow the party line.....

The current situation reminds me very much of the tribe of short people living in the long grass. The fact is, we simply don't know what's going on, units have apparently been sent out to test, we don't know what the CSF is, or whether the units are anywhere near achieving these. It could all be going swimmingly, and we simply aren't being told, or conversely, it could be that things are not going swimmingly, we can only wait and hope.
However, what needs to be remembered is that there have been a number of false dawns in the past, and in the period leading up to the ultimate discovery that the product wasn't commercial, there was a period of radio silence, followed by a veiled admission that the product wasn't really fit for purpose, at which point, a replacement product strategy was announced. Those who have been around long enough are mindful if this, hence the grave concern over the current lack of news flow.
I say give it until the new year, and if noting positive has been released insofar as sales orders (as opposed to units sent out on test, JV's with indeterminate terms, etc.) has been released, then I believe that we should rightfully be concerned.
I would ask, at what point in time would the uber positive camp start to feel concerned about the progress of the company?
