Therefore pretty much whatever we sell will fall under rule 15 because one of the tests is profits attributable to the sale / profits of the company.

Another test is turnover attributable to the asset being sold / turnover of the company. So if we sold WK only rule 15 would still apply.

El, just to clarify, there are 5 class tests to apply to rule 15 and if any one of them apply, rule 15 applies.

People knocking Jamaica should bear in mind that the possibility of success there is not being priced in at all atm*. Plus, we barely spent anything on it. It would be a huge plus if we got it, but not much of anything if we don't. it's all about Abu Sennan for now.

*(Brian reckons there's more than a 20% of going ahead and if we do it's worth $1.6Bn. So if it was priced in, it would add £200M to our mcap).

2,730 is the NET boepd to UOG.

Bear in mind that 2730 is the average for H1.
Average for Q2 was 2,937 boepd.
Average for Q3 will likely be higher because we got an extra 132 boepd from ASD1-X on 25 May, so that affected the average by only 35 days of 90. Then there's 256 boepd from ASH-1ST2 starting 1/6/2021 so you can take 2937-(132/90*35)+132-(256/3)+256= 3,188 for Q3.

H2:
Revenue of 13, less direct costs of 5, admin of 1.5 and finance of 1.5 makes about $5M
No capex in H2
cash 31/12/2021 of $8.2M

Greg, staff costs did go up as we know. But please don't exaggerate. The number of staff increased by 50% as well (from 8 to 12)
