Because substantially all assets means more than 75% of assets based on market cap, NBV or revenues, so it doesn't mean the JV will be included.

This RNS implies to me that we're keeping the JV. It seems to mention 3 separate developments:
1) we are delighted to have received a proposal from a credible party that could allow us to pay a significant dividend to all shareholders.
2) We are also committed to the concurrent development of the Company in two PGM districts: in the Urals...etc
3) and in the second district of Kola, where we concluded the Rosgeo JV... etc

How I feel about this board most days:

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like,
and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

The two main views of the bashers are:
1) the assets are not worth much
2) the Russians will shaft us by taking ownership surreptitiously.

These two views are contradictory. Why would they steal something that's worthless.......?

I think the bashers should take some time out to get their story straight........

I agree with posters saying this is huge. It really is.

But don't expect an RNS just yet. We need to transfer ownership of Nyud first. I believe that process is already underway, but I don't know how long it takes to complete.

Truth, as discussed at length this morning, EUA has already more than 50-bagged in just over 2 years. That's already fairly impressive wouldn't you agree?

So if we got to 55p ATH, drifted to 35p and stayed there for a year you'd have the same question at 35p that you have at 21.5p.

You would have also asked the same question to the rampers at less than 1p, where it was for years. "If EUA is so great, why isn't the sp higher"? Then it 50 bagged.

So we've now at just over 20p. Ten-bagging from here is a smaller return than the 50-bagging we've already done.

And as said this morning, the sp doesn't move up before it moves up because people think it will move up. The sp goes up when it goes up. So, asking before it goes up why it hasn't gone up already is clearly a fundamentally flawed question.

I don't think the point of the RNS was that it's difficult to become a resident. No-one said it was difficult to apply.

The point is that EUA HAVE become a resident and have agreed terms with ERDC which helps us with:

(i) land use rights for all Eurasia's projects in the Arctic

(ii) investment and business support for Eurasia and incentives, such as tax benefits

(iii) assistance with the long-term contracting of green electric energy (hydro energy) in the region

(iv) assistance with other matters which may include various issues including, but not limited to mining licensing support.

Now, just because any guy who owns a plot of land out there can apply to become a resident, does not diminish the advantages EUA have now secured.

Besides which, it is clear that the agreement reached with ERDC is not some boiler-plated agreement that anyone can get, but tailored to our needs, see the detail in yesterday's RNS.

Look at any share's 12 month high and 12 month low. The low is normally about half of the high. Efficient market hypothesis absolutely is nonsense.

Anyone who doesn't know this already should not be posting their rubbish on the BBs.

Anybody who thinks that the market is always right should not invest in any stock ever. What would be the point? You can never buy something for less than its worth anyway.

Just buy an index fund and stop wasting your time posting on a BB for any individual stock.

I cba to go over the basics of investing so I will simply quote Jeff Bezos here:

The stock is not the company. And the company is not the stock.

And so, as I watched the stock fall from $113 to $6, I was also watching all of our internal business metrics -- number of customers, profit per unit ... every single thing about the business was getting better.

And so, while the stock price was going the wrong way, everything inside the company was going the right way.

You think shares should multi-bag in anticipation of multi-bagging?

You think share prices should go up before they go up?

Obviously it's not going to multi-bag until it does.

Real talk, it's very hard to listen to the derampers when they've been bashing this share since before I bought in at 2p. Had I listened to them I wouldn't have had my first ten-bag, with more to come.

Everything they've said to date has turned out to be nonsense. The things they say to bash the share now are very different from what they were saying 2 years ago, because they've been proved wrong again and again.

So you'll have to forgive me for not giving the bashers the time of day.

My take on it:

Our revenues are about to grow exponentially, we know there are some ppl out there trying trying hurt us and we don’t want them coming back to us on a technicality right at the point that we’re growing the fastest. Let’s just get this out the way so nobody can nitpick with us later.

Harping on about a disclaimer when we have assets clearly worth billions is just grasping at straws.

Have you ever seen "PI delusions" raising a share price from 0.4p to well over 20p and keeping it there for over 2 years? Is such a thing even possible?

My answer to both questions is no. I suspect certain shorters who have a fair amount of experience in investing has never seen anything like it either.

Besides, to say it's just PI delusions, belies the fact mentioned in your own post that placings were done to IIs without discount. That is not PI delusions my friend, that was IIs getting involved. Plus you've got MSCI, Blackrock etc etc who have bought a significant number of shares. Further PI delusions? I hardly think so.

Then you've got ACF and now Fitch who have both mentioned EUA very positively. More PIs delusions? Fitch?!

The reasoning that it's been so long and the sp is still not in the pounds can be equally countered that it's been so long and the sp hasn't crashed. Delusional PIs are quite unable to have that kind of effect on share price long term.

Since I mentioned it, have you ever seen a placing done with zero discount before? Me neither.
