No matter how many times it's said, people will continue to get nervous when things don't happen within the timeframe they thought it would.

We already know the sale is ongoing.

If it wasn't, they would have had to RNS that immediately.

I know it feels like a long time, but it's not all that long in reality. Those of us who were Acacia Mining holders will well remember how long it took for Barrick to buy us out. Despite the fact that we were already their 64% subsidiary, it still took almost 2 years.

In the doldrums we fell to 90p and were finally bought out for about £2.50.

So yeah, it's taking time, but I'm sure will be well worth it in the end.

The reason certain people keeping re-posting the same posts, is because they remain true.

The amount of time this is taking does not diminish the truth of these posts, or the various calculations people have put forward. People calling expectations of over £1 unrealistic, are not sensible people with their feet on the ground. They are idiots who can't use a calculator.

If that reasoning were valid, you would never have any reason to invest in any share ever, because you'd never be able to invest in something for less than it was really worth.

The asset sale is just the quickest way to realise the value. It's not the be-all and end-all.

So, if you're keen on reading facts in the RNSs, have a look at what it says our resources are, then do a simple calculation of the value of those resources.

So, apart from the share price more than tripling since suspension, it's also worth pointing out that the suspension started in Feb 2020, not in 2019 as OP said.

I call out subtle deramping here from a member's maiden post.

I'll repeat very briefly what I said at 30p. This company has massive negative retained earnings. That means it's been hugely loss making for a very long time and the only thing it can do is pay wages.

This is fascinating. Look at the difference between one membver's comments on SYME as opposed to COPL. Both companies have seen dramatic drops in sp recently and both companies have PIs who see lots of potential.
