I have spoke to their NOMAD ,A month ago after an RNS ,and he did say if the timetable was not met they would delist ...Then I called up their Broker ,and was told no this is a reverse take over ,would be just suspended ...All in all the guy is not a trusted one ...But I have heard in the past ,that shares sometimes are suspended for long than . Someone has said it here yesterday ,that they never publish the accounts ? well that is also a reason to be cancelled ...

Hold is this guy a clown ? he just gave an interview in MAY on proactive investors were he sounded all excited ,,,And now he telling us ,ho IF the acquisition does't complete ,why should he not completed?? what is the problem ...Or the audio was part of the scam to make it look real....

Guys it was nasty from the beginning .The sharers were cancelled with a purpose to stop peoples talking any cash out just before Christmas .Now I did not need it ,but many may have some need to get a few pounds for whatever ...They were not allowed .Now look the intention behind it. Well unless they close up fast their office is not far from me .I will pay a visit to them ,,I will try and reach him one way or the other...
