We have similar situation in MRS but actually never delisted ,but we got a few guys who sprang to action with a major shareholder ,and they forced a meeting with BOD who had to fly in from Australia ,,but again with help of major shareholder the ex CEO who the BOD got rid off..Here the major shareholders may play with the same cards ,as their rights are worth more than ours ...
