I like alternative views which in some cases, results have verified or supported such posts.

BoD n GST Mgt are the biggest culprits.

Having had experience in a CHN Co. for several years, in many cases there was a plan but loosely followed.

The plan then requires Emergency Actions. It has been stated (by some ins. cos) that some CHN opns

are not good at following the regs n plan but are very good at Crisis Management.

In similar situations, IND plans are based more on heirarchy.

So hope it works out well here, as GST is in Emergency/Crisis Management Phase.

Looks like Oz running out of fuel too quickly.

A good kick up the backside of Oz n some Oz based Companies relying on fuel n maybe not having a "what if?" attitude for risk management in their critical operations. Needs such as an adequate strategic reserve for XX business days or alternative/combinations.

What is the Oz plan for continued supply of diminishing local resources such as fuel other than to rely on others?

Whilst Oz govt does have plans for electrification in many areas, in some cases it is just a dream, as some such places

may still not have reliable mobile phone signal.

BB should be for constructive discussion supported with evidence. It is hoped most of the posters having holders. The remaining posters may be looking for clarification and opinion.

The apparent lack of acceptance for any opinion except "CMRS is great, onwards n upwards" results in be accused of de-ramping n childish name calling.

Whilst recent media posts and last RNS did show positive progress, when u go back and link all together, you may identify questions on shortcomings, which many posters appear to refuse review, discussion or provide a positive answer.

Dill rig sourced from Canada n many delays only to operate for 4 months in 12. Rig cost maybe iro USD300k+ and shipping costs etc. Unable to source similar rig closer to A-M, such as Europe???

I believe the Licence will be renewed.

Some of the licence issue delays are due to change to e-regs processing n not specific to PYX only.

Otherwise if no licence, wrong msg to future FDI/investors, miners/explorers n also INDO lose ready income & future income.

If any wrong doing, some penalties and/or more strict compliance audits for a defined period is usually the way to go.

I thought drill result assays needed to be processed by external 3rd party lab.

Inhouse lab only for inhouse use to speed up drill plan n select appropriate samples for assay.

Key IMDG Code Requirements for Helium Shipments:

Packaging & Containers: Must comply with IMDG standards for pressure vessels. For UN1963, portable tanks must follow Special Provisions TP5 and TP34 (filling degree and impact testing exemptions if marked “NOT FOR RAIL TRANSPORT”).

Labeling & Marking: Must display Label 2.2 (non-flammable gas) and the UN number (UN1046 or UN1963) on packages and containers.

Stowage: Must be stowed on deck (especially for liquid helium) and away from incompatible cargo. No segregation group is required for helium (as per SDS and IMDG), but it should be kept clear of confined areas.

Documentation: Shipments must include a Dangerous Goods Declaration and comply with IMDG Chapter 7.2.4 for stowage and segregation.

Regulatory Compliance: The IMDG Code is mandatory under the SOLAS Convention and must be carried onboard vessels in the current edition and supplement.
