While reiterating I want CMRS to succeed, CL should be able to see some possible reasons for SP fall & stagnation at these levels.

I understand that bad weather has been experienced but the Sp unfavourable actions have been ongoing.

When drilling started in Sep. I was impressed with the prep of 50 drill pads and the readiness to drill,

and CL saying that they could drill one shall hole a day, but maybe 2 days for a deeper hole; and allow for reposition of drill rig.

In first set of results, RNS stated 20 holes drilled in what seemed the first month. I believe this was 1 rig with 1 shift per day.

Fast fwd to near present time and CMRS scheduling 20 holes per month with 2 teams and 2 shifts per day. Is this correct? as RNS is not clear. 20 holes per month or 20 holes per month each rig?

Whichever way, whilst ramping up drilling, it does not seem to be like the acceleration stated.

Subj. RNS now stating abt MRE 26Q3, when before it was late 26Q1 early Q2, so more slippage.

Is it CMRS getting a 3rd rig from the contractor??? Is the rig ready and fit for purpose???

I do wonder about drilling contractor operational performance based on previous videos n some RNS info,

and realize that the drilling contractor is "training" CMRS Drill Team.

Meantime, whilst RNS drill results are welcome and appear truthful, the info re: 20 holes per month n hitting mineralization

in 60% of holes is not encouraging. So 12 holes a month have mineralization, So it could be said that for half of the month

= nada.

Whilst LEX only raised 1m, LEX have 2 JORC compliant sites in USA that are

for sale or JV .... so maybe LEX have some funds coming in near future.

Whilst I am a LTH in CMRS, evidence shows LEX n CMRS are at different stages of their plan to production.

Actual £ raised in not relevant as I would hope that any raise is limited to that reqd ready for use before the time reqd.

It maybe foolish to borrow 3m when only 1m reqd.

LEX have numerous MRE JORC n had a raise for the work stated.

LEX had a recent unsecured CLN (from directors) without warrants when SP was at recent lows.

CLN were thence settled at same terms as fund raise which was completed near recent highs,

at abt 10% discount n no warrants,

CMRS have had a raise for drilling

CMRS had/has CLN with warrants for settlement in 2028? Outstanding???

I do not know if this CLn is with CL/DT but seems not favourable to CMRS.

Fund raise was completed near recent SP lows, at abt 10% discount plus warrants.

4.5p Warrants are below recent 5.0p high.

In hindsight, BOD should know what funds are needed for the coming year 2026.

CL and DT brought shares in 3-4p range when SP in uptrend.

SP reached 5p, but no raise in this 3>5>3p range.

Re drilling results, they do seem very slow.

Drilling started in 2025-Sep and by end of Oct 20 holes had been drilled.

It was said by CL that the labs are close by n results will be frequent; so it

be said a news rich pefriod was coming.

Since start of drilling, there seems to be only 2 RNS on drill results in 6 months.

Looking fwd to multi-bag in 2026 but NOT looking fwd to so much childish talk on this BB.

Need to stand back n do some research as some posts may not present facts clearly.

Whilst at same time CL wonders why SP is like it is and cannot hold highs/continue uptrends

he may need to look at all the snakes n ladders RNSs to find possible reasons.

Due to the history and nature of maritime transport, (bulk) cargoes are generally shipped under a Bill of Lading, which may also be connected to a Letter of Credit . Depending on type of Bill issued and/or LC depends on when payment is recd. Whoever holds this BL is the Cargo Owner.

In some cases the Cargo Buyer/consignee opens a LC with a Bank, when the bank receives the BL from the shipper after cargo is loaded, the shipper

may present this BL to the bank for payment. Once the Bank is repaid by the consignee than the BL is handed to the consignee as proof of ownership for delivery.

Unitized transport may be different, using multi=modal thhrough bills for end to end shipment by numerous transport modes/shippers..

So this 30days invoice seems a different system.

Regarding HE3 & 4 I thought Bo said that presently, there is no process to separate from He3 from He4. Did I hear correctly? If He3 and He4 can be separated - all great, if NO, then what happens?

It all rests with the highly dubious South African mining authorities. The permit is the key.

Since the wall of cash statement which I believe was 2023H1 we can see SP rose to 80-90p levels.

Since such positive news, SP hase been on downtrend to present SP levels.

Such SP performance shows what PB management has achieved.

If PB management is still there, what is the reason to change SP trend to UP?
