I don’t know mr market will respond to that question. I provided previous analysis of sure valley nav with 15% uplift on nav vs their share price and why this should have been at minimum 1.75/8 on ipo listing and 6m received hence why I was invested.

I’ll leave the board here but share any updates from across the pond as and when. I may well be buying back quick if ipo update comes positive as mfai will fly no doubt about that.

They aren’t negative posts they are factual postings. IPO chances of happening as stated in previous rns of this quarter now look very slim and the official sec documents state that. The 6m incoming in September looks slim and casts doubt when it will come. Mfai would have been expecting to use that money to pay off the loan due q4. Now they will need to either renegotiate that or find money by way of new loan, disposal or placing. That is why a delay is an issue and can not be overlooked. I don’t know how you can argue or dismiss that.

Yes nav is going to be uplifted but the above is the issue and why I and few others have cut and run. You need to be agile with aim companies and react as and when detail is available. I bought in as I thought listing was going ahead as planned and rerate was on. Now that doesn’t seem the case.

Yes you got it and understand. Sadly without the update on nav today the next update will probably allude to the delay and market doesn’t like delay I have pulled most because of this. Still think the company has a great future but the market jumped on the expectation of 6m this month and that now looks unlikely.

Was expecting it today and thought that is why it popped up Friday but then remembered us markets closed today with Labor day so probably not best day for an rns around ai. Probably tomorrow. They said in rns two weeks ago that “ We look forward to providing a further update when we publish our interim results in the next few weeks."

It could still happen before the original deadline of 23rd September but they are voting on the extension tomorrow. It was on Newbury updates as well. If it doesn’t happen before 23rd then the extension is to March 2025 to give more time to complete.

Newbury spac 2 has been setup and listing this month so I think they are confident it will happen but just not this quarter now but who knows other than infinite reality. They are advertising for finance staff with background of working at listed companies so clearly they still want to ipo.

Probably finished a while ago just hasn’t been attention. Just wonder how market will take delay in ipo listing for infinite reality that now looks on the cards with Newbury update.

No worries. Newbury spac 2 has been setup as well with listing going live in September I think 9th I read so that would indicate that the money they make is being used for this new spac and they mention the history of infinite reality in the prospectus. All imo

By 23rd September. Documents have been put in to US Sec and show on Sec website and Nasdaq website. Just a waiting game.
