If you get positive ht results which I’m confident of as are synairgen this adds to the data tool set. With activ 2 also completing phase 2 - If the above could also be fed in - all of a sudden you have a lot of data for both hospital and home setting. I would expect a major partner to then be all over us. The share price would build up in anticipation.

You just got to remember that we are about to enter news rich period right now. On Monday it will have been minimum 45 days since activ-2 trial started for synairgen, we only needed to recruit 200 patients wasn’t it, that could be complete very very soon.
For me there is 5 rns that could all come within the next few weeks ( only 5 trading days until q2)

1) Read out of home results prelim 28 days, we know they have the data 2) Major partner 3) Pre order by UK or curve ball 4) US phase 3 activation 5) US dosing complete

The trial is wide encompassing so it may or may not be on, but the wording from richard matches up to what they are looking for, for vulnerable and care homes. The way i would see it is that care homes are monitored on a basis of weekly testing aren't they, so if there was a potential break out, that is when you would suggest the use of synairgen to be deployed.

Remdesivir is over 2k, there are so few treatments, the cost would come down significantly and i think it could be more about a proof of concept, remember out of the theraputics synairgen has been proven easy and safe to use in a "home setting" name other therauptics et al that also been proven or show promise where you will not need any specific medical expert on hand that of course would add a cost...

Yep so now they’re going to sit on the data and do nothing not like they will worry about any leaks etc as they won’t share any of it with any government etc as it has no value. Not like in a pandemic or governments searching for therapeutics rapidly. Makes complete sense to do housekeeping that day of all days.

Purely coincidental housekeeping on 17th march. A day after they got the data....

Just thinking out loud but considering the US trial is home based setting with same primary analysis as of the sg016 home trial it would make absolute sense to get the same stage results out (primary end point 28 days that was completed as of 17th Feb as per update today and we know we now have the data) ASAP as it would bring more attention, traction etc. to increase sign up and evidence data. So yeh i am expecting details on primary read out any day now, i do not think they would wait for the 60 days etc.

The Phase II/III ACTIV-2 study, led by the NIAID-funded AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG), is an adaptive, randomised, blinded, placebo-controlled trial. The Phase II evaluation of SNG001 will see the recruitment of up to a maximum of 220 participants across US sites, in a home-based setting, split between SNG001 and placebo, and a positive result enables progression into the Phase III part of the study.
