NOT TRUE.
I have just given instructions to convert my shares held in an ISA with HL to ADR's.
Ezhik help me out here, I thought ZEN had delisted from TSX and here in the second last paragraph from the RNS quote'The Potential Acquisition has two key qualities that render it highly compatible for our portfolio: near-term profitable production potential and significant development potential to progressively maximise production on account of the potentially highly significant oil reserves in place which will require independent evaluation under Canadian National Instrument 51-101.
Why is there a need to present an independent evaluation onder 51-101?
Sarge I'm still happy to hold but there is an inkling of doubt weedling into me. The silence from AC is the instigator of this doubt. He has never been backward in comming forward and now the silence is defening. Come next RNS will defenitely be a point for me to decide weather to hold or sell my lot. Hope it will be to hold so for the moment I'm still of the opinion that its a hold.(down from strong buy).
For me this has always been a medium term investment so I'm not looking at how the price will react to an extra 100 or 300 barrels of oil. I'm looking at the long term game plan of 3000 barrels of oil which I truly believe ZEN are capable of producing within my time frame. My sights are set on a market cap of £100 million...minimum.
Didn't see the point of the meeting. Guess it was going to bee the same blah blah with the same old drum (maybe different tune). Lots of oil will soon be flowing, plenty of reserves, best field in Azer etc, etc.
Personally I'm holding and waiting for the drill to start turning and then, only then will there be any serious SP action.
DYOR and good luck.
