If you don’t mind me saying it really does sound like you are wishing for some to sell from your encouraged posts. I’ve obviously seen this before (although your style is slightly a politely worded style) but just my opinion.

Finally. Why would buyers capital shrink? Do you know for certain Sclp won’t do a deal with big pharma tomorrow? No you don’t. Do you know vulpes or Redmile won’t buy £5m I’m the market. No you don’t.

Who are the many the many buyers that will se to take their money elsewhere? Volume is tiny now.

Also Vulpes may still be buying (MD apparently was excited about future) and CH clearly apparently stated still In discussions with big Pharma.

So for balance, I understand you like balance, I think today was quite positive.

After all vulpes could have sold out after egm vote, they didn’t, ongoing discussions with big pharma could be over, they are not, and two new appointments on science.

So quite positive for an AGM I thought.

I personally believe sclp IP is worth more than current SP.

I also feel that redmile’s investment, given their other holdings, links, scale of investment and timing, suggests something significant is going on in the company and I’m happy to stay invested because clearly if tech is proven then it really is win win for all involved.

Redmile “mugged” shareholders for a massive stake for 13p after stating please don’t perpetuate myth of Redmile and a 13p floor.

Correct me if I’m wrong but the sp is 11.35p and this is AIM.

So with respect I think someone else’s opinion is just as valid as yours so dictating to others what they can or cannot say or think is a bit presumptuous of you.

First, did you vote for the Redmile cln or not? For clarity over 75% of all voters did. So if you don’t agree you are in the minority.

Second the “floor” as you so eloquently put it is, may I suggest, is a little more difficult to understand than simply working out Redmile’s average.

The recent COVID news has hit sclp’s SP in only a couple of days. May I therefore suggest that there’s a bit more to play out yet before we shareholders fully understand what drove the Redmile mugging, or as I’d prefer to call it their bold investment, in sclp IP.

First I don’t have a mob. I’m not a paid up member of a club, unlike some I could mention.

But yes cash in hand now is key. But you only get that cash if you have something to offer. May I strongly suggest (not to you specifically) that Sclp have much to offer. Hence nice bank balance to progress trials.

Something that we haven’t always been able to say before.

Wish some would make up their mind. Many have criticized the bod for not raising enough in one go. Well they have now and funding isn’t an issue. Time is. So let’s wait and see who called this right. Vulpes, redmile and many pi’s. Or a band of merry men from a prophet club.

Fact is the AIM market is very fickle.

Sclp COVID vaccine was always going to be second generation at best. It also isn’t the main pipeline of Sclp.

So what changed in a couple of days. Fact is nothing.

However, what is different following recent raises is that Sclp has £50m...... yes let that sink in for a company with at best £5m per year previously .... to now develop existing platforms and get data from trails.

Well how will they do that?

Well we were given the answers yesterday. Granted it was a voice over presentation giving facts. No singing or dancing but simply confirming what cash will be spent on.

I suggested a couple of weeks ago Lindy now has a chance to finally prove her life’s work.

As the ‘market’ squeezes shareholders (why wouldn’t it) here just remember absolutely nothing has changed with recent vaccine news but Sclp now can hopefully get the data they need on numerous platforms. After all why else did Redmile hand over big amounts of cash and why, even after voting against redmile cln, did vulpes take part in OO.

Your words Ruck not mine. How has he used his brain to decide differently? Maybe because vulpes planned to dilute at much lower levels and over a much longer time period?

So how is that more beneficial to PI’s? Answer it clearly is not!

So Ruck it is a no brainier to vote for this IMO and just because vulpes voted against doesn’t suggest to me for one minute they are better aligned to other share holders. It just means their plan hasn’t worked out because someone else has deeper pockets

I find it very interesting that the very people that have been very critical saying for years scancell need more cash and should do it as part of a bigger raise are now saying “tell us what the Money is for?”.

Guess you can’t please all the people all the time and shows how easy negativity can be spun. This vote is a no brainier for any PI IMO. It’s not really that difficult to understand and once approved I’m sure PIs will be very happy they supported it.
