It’s taken this bloody government a ridiculous amount of time to accept that Public Health England’s PPE was and is not good enough !

It’s just not good enough that at least 5 doctors and nurses have already died !

BUT

If bojo et al have got this wrong then tens of thousands of people will lose their lives unnecessarily, and that will make me and a lot of others angry.

There are liars, damned liars, and politicians.

Cummings advised bojo that herd immunity was the way to go, that was the exact opposite of what the WHO and all of the countries who were already weeks ahead of us were advising.

Then bojo kept telling us almost three weeks ago, that the NHS had or would have in a few days, all of the PPE they needed and that it was the correct PPE, but the WHO advice on PPE provides a higher level of PPE than public health England and many NHS sites still don’t have enough PPE weeks later, anyway !

Then of course we have the farce around testing !

They couldn’t organise a party in a pub (even if the pubs were open)

Hopefully we are another day closer to the world defeating the virus and WRES starting up production again and heading towards a profitable future.

As for the Spanish death rate I’ve not looked at it yet, but the issue is not so much if it is higher than yesterday but wether the figures overall are showing a decline in the rate of increase I.e. at one point they were doubling every two days that then reduced to doubling every three days and I believe I saw something yesterday that showed that they were as at yesterday at least now doubling every 6 days. If this is the case then they are slowly heading in the right direction mate.

Everyone’s health is the most important thing.

As regards WRES, I can’t see anyone being prepared to lend us £4 million unsecured, unless they had done their due diligence and firmly believe that the company will survive and become profitable.

All long term investors here have been very patient, we just need to continue to be patient, we will succeed eventually.

The world will overcome the virus, and WRES will eventually succeed.

Let’s hope that we are going in the right direction and that the virus will be defeated soon.

It will be interesting to see the actual figures and to find out the reasons and the plan going forward.

If boythorpe is reading this site it would be good if he could explain and confirm his figures.

The situation is not good, however, the company will survive covid-19, and will, eventually, ramp up to full production.

It could be worse, we could have invested in one of the numerous companies that are going to go under.

It could be worse still in that any of us might contract the virus and not survive it.

I’m really sorry to hear that your daughter has the virus and that your son in law has symptoms.

I wish them, you and all of your family and friends well, I hope your daughter recovers quickly and that your son in law either doesn’t have it, or, if he does that he recovers quickly.
