STV In response to a question about 5 weeks ago, regarding how long commissioning of the jig and mill would take, I stated that it was complicated and would most likely take between 4 - 6 weeks, what MM has written is not an excuse it’s a fact these bits of kit don’t have I motor and an on and off switch ! There are hundreds of mechanical components and all linked via computer systems! Seriously you need to be less critical and more patient mate ! Your like a Back seat driver. This is another critical and major step forward and I would far sooner that the team got things 100% right rather than rush at it and end up with problems further down the line. WLFE rushed at it, bought the wrong kit, failed to do due diligence and as a result failed as a company. WRES will not fail we will succeed and succeed big time.

STV Take a read of the FID mate 200,000 mtu per month x $245 per mtu equals $4,900,000 but if you take off the $94 per MTU costs you end up with $3,020,000 EBITDA

Troajan I wrote $3 million and $20,000 EBITDA mate Unless I’ve got it wrong EBITDA is - Earnings Before Interest, Taxation, Depreciation and Amortisation and is expressed after the costs of production are deducted, would you agree mate ?

Safety yes mate I missed a 0 off but the 200,000 mtu is correct as is the maths I think ? L200 seems to disagree but has not stated why !

L200 and STV The FID was based on $245 per mtu for APT, the expected costs of production (at full production) within the FID was $94 per mtu, $245 minus $94 = $151 per mtu after production costs which is when multiplied by 20 tons or 20,000 mtu which equals $3million and $20,000 a month EBITDA

Kev That’s spot on I read the same thing on Friday. Providing the price stays as it is (or at least at or above $245 per mtu) WRES will be raking in a fortune once we are at full production at la parilla. And then - if Régua comes on line we will get a further 25% hike in revenue We are now very very close

IF - we hit the expected full scale production figures later this year then we will hit your target of 2p plus this year Whilst the gold is interesting and could give us a lift, and whilst commissioning of the jig and mill followed by completion of the concentrator build and then by the concentrator commissioning is likely to give us a lift in the SP, the real game changer is undoubtedly full scale production coupled of course with the price of tungsten remaining above the $245 that the FID was based upon.

Tuesday RNS’s are now the in thing (and if not) then Wednesday or Thursday or Friday !!! This is a waiting game, I firmly believe it will be worth the wait but even I have to admit it’s been a very very long wait indeed !!! Investing in WRES will end up being either the worst or the best investment decision I’ve ever made, time will tell but I don’t think we will have too much longer to wait.
