Oldie you stayed earlier that it was a private prosecution, but in fact whilst it did start off that way the CPS are now going to take a look at the evidence and if they decide that he knowingly lied (which you yourself slide to) then they will prosecute him for misconduct in a public office, as indeed they absolutely should.

Don’t get me wrong I don’t care if he doesn’t announce it until June, but if he doesn’t then it gives his detractors yet more ammunition regarding him missing the dates that he sets himself.

I am sure that MM stated that we would get hold news in May, I think it was in one of his interviews, but having read the RNS’s again he stated Q2 which doesn’t end until 30-6-19 Can anyone else recall when he said May ?

Unfortunately his mouth moves all too often ! But, IF, there is any justice in this country he will (if he is found to have lied) pay for what he has done.

Clearly if he told the truth he will be able to prove it in court BUT If he lied and the UK did not, as he stated many, many, many, times, in the run up to the referendum, give the EU £350 million a week, then he is clearly guilty of misconduct in a public office and he should be jailed AND Additionally there clearly would need to be another referendum where only the truth could be stated so that people don’t vote based upon lies !

The way I look at it is to ask myself whether if I had not invested in WRES over all of the years That i have, I would choose to invest in WRES now, and the answer is an emphatic yes, BUT, I wouldn’t be able to buy the amount of shares that I own without the SP reacting so doubt I could buy them on average for the same price that I have averaged. Obviously with hindsight I along with many others would have bought and sold these every time there was any bit of good news but I have always felt that it is just a matter of time before the SP takes off here and I still think that is the case so I won’t be selling any of my shares at anywhere near these prices.

The important thing to remember is that they had the wrong mine in the wrong place with the wrong geology and the wrong kit, and borrowed a fortune. Whereas we have the right mine in the right place with the right geology (scheelite) and the best most up to date kit available and we have borrowed much less, in fact once we have la parilla and Régua online at full production our revenues will be greater each year than the total amount that we owe. What’s not to like. No wonder MM is thinking “no worries mate”

Kev I entirely agree, a good friend of mine has spoken with a geologist he has looked at the information we have and at the area, and his view is that there is no chance that then gold does not extend to a wider area, how wide and how deep remains to be seen but he was very positive indeed.

I agree that the major uplift is very unlikely to happen until we are fully producing however, IF, the gold news does come out as MM promised it will go a small way to showing that he is capable of hitting his own targets and the market may react more favourably than you think. I’m not talking about multiples of the SP but a good gold update could and should take us into the mid to upper 0.5s a very good update could see us in the 0.6s and an outstanding update could see us above those levels. Thanks to WLFE and others failing over the last few years proven production and proven profits are now required before the market will correctly value WRES, but when that happens we will see an SP many multiples higher than today’s price.

Kev I have been here since 2012, so as I am sure you will appreciate I am a very patient man. It would be nice to get the gold news as he promised this month, just to show that he can keep to his own timetable on something. I have no doubt that WRES will come good, whether that will be this month, next month, the month after or next year, isn’t terribly important to me. I will be amazed if he hasn’t made some serious announcements before the AGM, and if the SP hasn’t improved by the AGM.
