Very likely I think, they need to close their short or at least massively reduce it quickly or face a significant loss, and the more they have to buy back in order to reduce their short the mire likely the SP is to rise.

Burford is going to come back stronger than before once the listing happens in the US.

Gladstone’s short position is looking more and more likely to make them a loss mate, take a look at the dates they opened their short and increased their short, they need to get out quickly before the SP rises much more, they should have closed their position when MW did not held on and then increased it 3 times at higher prices !

One piece of good news is likely to see Burford heading back above £10 and that will see Gladstone In trouble with their short.

If like me you are a long term holder then the aim is to get la parilla into full production followed by Régua and then followed by the upgrade (t3.5) at la parilla.

With the price of tungsten forecast to rise and with production set to commence in earnest by the end of the year at la parilla and in the first half of next year at Régua, this company is set up to be transformed.

Short term SP drops don’t matter if you are intending to hold for the long term and benefit from the dividends that will be forthcoming in the next year or two.

Thanks for posting the auction results.

The outcome is great news in my view as not only was a premium paid for such a large amount, but now that the overhang has been sold all of those buyers who had been sitting in their hands will now start to come back into the market and we should start to see the tungsten price gradually rise again.

Demand for tungsten is forecast to exceed supply over the next ten years and we have a tungsten mine that, even before we start drilling again has an eleven year lifespan.

I will be very surprised if once the meeting / s have taken place that there isn’t any published information

The notification may well not be instant, however I believe that the date that the transaction took place has to be stated correctly and the dates I quoted are those shown.

Also, if, it were the case that the dates were day one, two, or three days behind when the transactions actually took place as you seem to be implying then it’s even more strange that in the two, three, or four days prior to the MW article being published that Gladstone, and on two of the dates, also MW were increasing their shorts.

The whole thing stinks !

Gladstone held a 0.5% short on 4-6-19 and then increased their short on the 6-8-19 the day before the article was published (as did MW) they then increased their short again on 7-8-19 (as did MW) and 8-8-19

I agree, Fanya stocks are being auctioned today and tomorrow, once out of the way things will settle down, the APT price will recover and just in time to coincide with WRES reaching full production following commissioning.

At 33% above the SP closing price on Friday today’s placing at 0.5p is good business.

Clearly they don’t like facts about their awful ways of working being pointed out to the board, but hopefully admin will see whoever it is for what he is and ban him for good

It is a fact that MM has stated that there are contractual penalties but that because of confidentiality he can not disclose them.

It’s worth reiterating that trolls, without any evidence to back up what they are posting, will call the CEO a liar, will constantly repost old news and will at any and every opportunity attempt to rubbish the company.

I’ve been invested for 7 years but not at the level I currently hold, I’ve increased my holding as time as gone on, as and when important announcements have been made such as the black rock funding, and as and when more money has become available to me, so, whilst I entirely get your point, in my case at least, and having spoken personally with several other long term investors, all of whom have increased their holdings over time, it is not true to say that if we had invested in total we would have made the amounts that you stated, and what’s more we could have invested in other blue chip companies that would have lost us a fortune Royal Mail for example.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I don’t possess it.

I do possess a reasonably large holding here that I have no doubt will make me a substantial profit over the coming months and years.

WRES will make all of us long term holders a lot of money over the coming year mate, and whilst I only have a small £6k investment in BUR I fully expect to make a good profit here as well

Nothing goes up in a straight line, there will be pauses and small retraces on the way back up as those who bought in at lower prices take profits, whilst the large long term institutional investors hoover them up.

The SP may be down a few pence at the moment but could easily trade much higher today, but even if it doesn’t and closes down slightly, the upward trajectory is likely to continue over the coming weeks and months as the profits keep coming in and the MW report is seen to be total rubbish.

Linda Popodopolous, a psychologist, is on BBC 1 at the moment and has just described what a troll is, and how they behave, - I immediately recognised the similarities with one or two posters on here !
