I'm all over Pres Pet. The big drill being Feb. What I hold in here doesn't ompares to that company. I understand and sympathise for those that got hit on this share and probably expected more short term. I bought these purely for the bottom hidden secret drawer to check in a year or two from now! Still sitting on a loss (technically) now though...
Wouldn't expect anything from this until they post first set of revenues &/or get to new season
Others based in same building http://www.link2bet.com/ http://www.totebet.org/ www.betuk.com and countless other businesses held there not related to gambling. Anyone got a link to the RNS listing directors? I'm curious to see if it's set up like a couple of the other companies? If anyones bothered I can also get you a photo of the building :o
http://www.betinternet.com/en/Sports.bet Another company based in the same building as FCBetz (its not that big as I live here)
The most damaging thing in the industry i'd say over the long run is referral schemes websites/companies get for introducing players to a network. I've witnessed two collapse in the past year (that I know of) under this strain (in combination with bad management). And I'm aware of another struggling. E.g. Website xyz introduces a player to bet247, bet 247 pays either a one off fee for that referral or provides payment of the lifetime that player bets as an appropiate %. With this company it could quite easily be either. Benefits and drawbacks to both but I prefer the one off (once a player has made a deposit). If it's the latter - in 5+ years when you have more hardware/software costs need increased exposure etc the regular fees really start to hit home. Won't effect TWL much in the first few years though so wouldn't worry too much about that. Because of it being solely UK & it's marketing strategy though I'm fairly confident this will be one of the gambling companies that can get off the ground running. Especially with the unique (i think) feature of being able to claim your bets made at a game online...keeps the money in the company rather than behind the till at the pub! Not really looked at FCBetz.com Sportsbook yet but so long as they offer something different they can compete with Playtech who offer it with there full on software for it. "If you look at the failure rate of start-ups it is surprising anyone would want to start up a new business. Research has revealed that of those new start ups founded in 1992 71% had failed by 2002." Here's an interesting read too - plus use that website for other bits of info http://www.gbgc.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/start-ups.pdf E-mail me at GTBrunslot@gmail.com (I may be privvy to a little more info hopefully in the coming month - already got some now but nothings guaranteed with it) This isn't my genuine e-mail but in a public area I don't want to dish it out. Few other bits n bobs but nothing im comfortable dishing out in public
Only got a little in this myself as it's not my usual investing cup of tea - but as I said a while ago - the marketing strategy (in my eyes) is a good one and should come in. But because I work in the online gambling industry myself I'm aware of the pitfalls aswell as the potential booms. So what I have in is it - up or down no more adding.
Do a dummy sign up on there website - you can see Blackburn as a Stadium re: "Where you heard about us?"

Sheffield Wednesday had the 2nd Highest attendance at the weekend out of all the leagues. Leeds only topping them. 23000 - Compare that to some of the attendances you get in the Premiership - its pretty good!
At the weekend, won my bet (Come on Wednesday!) Redeemed it online - easy! Now to re-gamble it and lose it all!
I've mentioned it already on my local footy forum ;-)
For bet results on the day, the kiosks will be staying open for a certain amount of time after the match. Or, you can collect the next match, Or your slip will have a code on which you can use to redeem your winnings at FCBetz.com.
because this company is following a marketing strategy I've had in my head for a few years but never had the funds set up and do myself...I'm buying in!
http://www.igamingfrance.com/international-fusion-possible-dici-six-mois-pour-888/11164 Possible merger for 888 within 6 months. 888 could start discussions with interested companies within the next 6 months whilst the online gaming market continues to consolidate, according to Gigi Levy, CEO of 888, speaking to EGRMagazine.com. This announcement follows the deal between Bwin and PartyGaming, which saw the birth of the largest gaming operators in the world. Even though Gigi Levy did not mention any company names, he didn’t exclude a deal with their big rival, Ladbrokes.

Quick q: As I note they're involved with my football club now. I'm not entirely sure what they're going to be doing (despite browsing the RNS updates) Can anyone summarise? (for a fan not an investor) Cheers
it dips some more....it would be rude not to have a few hundred £ in here as a gamble considering the recent RNSs
