GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
Suggest to me that this is looking a v attractive share at this price. Debt free, good cashflow, 12.4% divi. Mine lives of 10 and 15 years mean there is no rush for another deal unless its attractive, Director buying in Apr/May suggests confidence.
Only downsides are jurisdictional and commodity price risks, a given in the sector but not to be ignored. Whilst we mushrooms never know what may be going on in the background, negative chatter and talk of placings seems misplaced to me.
It is a shame you think we can all agree that "they're all the same" bcos that's exactly the message the rulebreakers and their friends in the press are pushing to try to keep them in power.
It is emphatically not the case, nor was it the case, in any paRTY, UNTIL THE CURRENT BUBCH OF CROOKS GAINED POWER IN 2019.
sURE, THERE WERE RULEBREAkers, and corruption, in any party. But when found it was, as a rule, sunject to Parliamntary, regulatory, and media scrutiny, and actions taken.
Only since 2019 have all these sanctions been emasculated, tho there are signs that the adults may be close to restoring elements of order. Never, never, fall for the "all the same" message. That way lies Orban, Erdogan, Trump and Putin.
Some nonsense talked on here. Basic error ; placing is not "dilutive" if it is buying productive assets.
dilution only occurs when funds are raised to progress existing assets, working cap, etc.
Cuirrent sp looks more and moore a bargain to me
"They have 2b tonnes of coal."
Ye Gods. It's worth nothing till they're paid, none has yet left site, usual settlement is 90 days......do they have enuff cash, is the Q, not do they have enuff coal.
Stop calling ppl names and think. I despair at such childishness on what should be a sensible investment platform. y don't more ppl call it out and report these idiots, or is there no moderation?

My poiny re the RNS was response to DTW, who said the co had "moved swiftly to dispel the rumour." whem they have only part;y done so.
As for investor bias, your "i take it all your holdings are in stocks about which you couldn't care less - either way." exhibits that in spasdes. You must never view facts, (or rumours, for that matter)thru an emotional lens.
Thank you for providing an excellent example of what I am warning about. But shake the habit, cos it makes for poor decisions.
DTW says the compamy moved to dispel the rumour. But the RNS merely says "no fundraising is imminent." It does not deny that one was in the works, nor does it prclude one in the near future.
If they could have said those things, why didn't they? Anyway, make up your own minds. just make sure my aforementioned ownership bias isn't screwing your logic circuits.
and wishful thinking abounding on here today.

i'm no fan of tw but this hokey cokey of raise/no raise is not only a mess, but has to tell any serious investor that cash will be needed soon for something. at best, this means sp drift until cash is raised thru whatever avenue, and the fact a raise was in the works tells you the bod aren't confident that licence deals will come soon in sufficient quantity.
smell the coffee, gentlemen, and don't let ownership bias screw your critical faculties.
With an 8.6% yield, possible divi increase, and a good track record of investments this should be a steal at current SP.
If only they would stick to their knitting and grow organically, as OCI, and not constantly batter the SP back down with raises, year after year.

Most of the rents are capped, dunn if it's summarised anywgere, (Annual Report?) but every new deal I've seen them do over the last 5+ years has had a cap, 4% ish prolly the average.
Ah, so it was the lingua franca.......
More to the point, we are today closing inon a prospective 9.5% yield, which seems very attractive to me. i suppose the fear is that the Bod get impatient and do another raise, rather than growing organically, which is what has undermined the SP in the past.
But even so, it's looking a bargain to me.
Just looking in here as sometimes BBs can be useful in getting a bit of background from LT posters.
However the first posts i see are from one who later laments that "JOG seems to attract more than its fair share of (how shall I put it) "clueless and disingenuous t.wats".
Let's hear it for self awareness, folks.
i'm sure there are sensible posters here but as many posts are either by, or in response to, said poster, perhaps I'll take my eyeballs elsewhere.
Yes, myles has his LT and trading PFs. He is open that he trades, but rather less so when he sells out ofLT holds, which I believe he ay do more often than he admits.
He makes a good case, but no one should treat him as a guru.
It's seldom to make no mention of NET profits in a statement, too. If there's one thing you know for sure at EOY, it's your cash position.
look, all I'm banging on about is that this co NEVEr mentions cash bar in its statutory accounts. So we NEVER know rnuff to say when it will make cash BE, 'cos those figs are c. 18 monnths old when published.
yes, a lot of small cos are cagey about cash, usually for the v good reason they don't want speculation about the need for a raise to drive a self defeating SP downward spiral. And this co is even more cagey than most, hence my caution.
And i will remain cautious until i can see the cash position (probably in a placing RNS!) after which the co becomes, imho, investable again.
Perhaps I'm wrong. Dyor, and all that, it's your money, yur call.

Yes, that's fine...so why dont they say so? It's all assume, assume, assume. I've learnt the hard way that assuming too much is the way to lose cash. When the co states clearly it has enuff cash to a stated b/even date, that's the time to check its assertions and assumptions.
When it makes a secret of its cash position, trumpets production, market share, market background, .......well, go figure.
If all these assumptions are so, why isn't the co saying so in the RNS? ALWAYS, they keep quiet on cash, and on first cash+ve trading.
Carefully not shown. Gross profit tells us little.
Every time, TGR trumpets production, progress, gross profits. carefully makes no mention of YE cash, net loss for year, date for NET cash b/even and profits.
Untill it does, sensible investors will assume more cash will be needed before long.
Remember, Turnover is Vanity, Profit is Sanity, Cash is Reality.
