The arrangement was agreed when the risk profile of the company was substantially different to what it is today and it allowed us to get to where we are today, and as it’s money in the bank what’s not to like? We’ll only have 39,475,102 shares when all are converted, an MCap of £1bln is not out of the question when the oil is flowing, so let’s all cool our jets, that creates a mind blowing share price!
