I don't agree that "no one wants the product"

Its a case of no one knows about the product. Yes they have had an article in the odd magazine but its not in any stores or advertised anywhere. No one has ever used this product and had anything bad to say about it so the product is good but where is it?

Lets be honest for such a "premium product" why is it on amazon? Amazon is not known for the place to shop for premium and im not sure is the go to place for skin care product anyway. The product is not the problem, the problem is the board and the management of this company.

Any investor on here is capable of listing a product on amazon and matching last years sales for a hell of a lot less that 11million or whatever was generated for this launch. If this company was to fail then its on extremely poor management not the product. Unless you are an investor or attended one of these very few skin care exhibition events and saw a CBX stall in the corner then i doubt you would even know this brand existed.

Yes and im 80% down on my investment so even 2p doesnt feel lucky haha but 8p would be very nice indeed

You must have jumped ship before they had even released a product. Certainly before any doom and gloom came clear. Even directors were loading up at 7p

It is said there were changes to the deal which is why they backed out. We know Love CBD was taken off the table but we have no other details. The current SP could have been a factor.

You could definitely lose your shirt on this one but same time from here you could be rewarded handsomely. I was anticipating this RTO wouldn't happen as we're many I believe and I think a lot of doubt was likely already priced in. Its been a **** show to date but I'm giving them another 12 months. I own 1 bottle of the face serum and it's a great product. If they didnt make it out from here then I will just accept that as 1 very expensive bottle of lotion lol

Personally I think they need a chance to bring more product to the range and see how sales are doing over the next 6 to 12 months. Would be very disappointed if, for all that initial investment, all they managed was a serum and a day and night cream.

They need cash yes. They need more products and better marketing. Currently they have zero debt which is at least one good thing. I don't think they would have pulled the plug on the RTO if they couldn't afford

They are selling product. I think the problem is there is so few product in their range. Not sure how much money people expect a company to make selling 2 or 3 lotions in its first year trading. This company desperately needs more product and more time. The cash burn is my concern but hoping they have learned a lot in the first year.

Doesn't look like they had as much riding on the RTO as some investors believed either.

A bit more Transparency for shareholders would be nice from this company at times regarding plans and direction.

IMO they were never going to make a spectular return in the first year selling 1 or 2 products. I have concerns about the amount they have spent for what i think is very little advertising and poor social media presence but the poor sales doesn’t worry me as yet. They need to release more products and get up and running. This was never going to happen over night and people were happy to invest before they even had a single product.

Does this company have any debt? If the business model is there then its not a case of them running out of money as thsts what business loans are for. Surely the issue here is how long it takes this company to get going and not how quickly they run out of the initial investment pot. More products are whats needed here and a larger target market.

It's easy to call lower prices when a share price is dropping. Just as its easy to call higher prices when prices are making new highs. It's very rare and likely down to luck if anyone calls the bottom of a falling share price. If you want to invest in a stock you just decide your entry price/Exit price and accept the drawdown that is likely to occur and remain patient. Too much nonsense and bickering on here. Appreciate everyone's opinion those long and also those who are short as both are essentially correct. This company does have potential and also has been very poorly managed/marketed to date.

I'm invested at around 2.6p

Can't help but feel that this compnay have just taken investors money and p*ssed it up the wall. They have rewarded themselves very handsomely right from the off while managing to generate less income than a single NHS nurse. Perhaps more of a performance related bonus scheme would've left less of a bitter taste. I will continue to hold for now and will be interested to see the updated details of the Cannaray deal in the new year. These recent figures will hopefully be a wake-up call for those running this company. I'm putting it down to the board of CBX trying to run before they can walk. There is still a serious lack of products on offer for the money being spent and the marketing campaign has been extremely poor.

It's not too late for this company but 2022 has been a massive kick in the teeth for those invested. Announcing losses like that and trying to blame it on Facebook or FSA is pretty offensive as well. I can't help but feel they should be doing a hell of a lot better with that amount of investment but what do I know.
