Hopefully without dillution and hopefully a business that actually generates revenue. We gave away stock to aquire King Tide and look how that played out... It isn't a new business yet still doesn't do anything. I would be very careful investing into this even if they do bring something new into it. There is no proof yet that they can generate any revenue. We need to see some results and some profit now they can't just keep acquiring non active businesses from eachother.

All the cash this company had was from a raise. They generated zero. How long has the company been trading now? Yet it generates nothing and sells nothing. Just burns investors cash where and on what?

Agree there is no bottom here until there is something to sell. I'm not sure there is even a business or any activity here let alone a bottom for SP

Carbon capture might be the next best thing but it still takes competence to succeed in any business venture.

Yep if you have 11 million quid, you have a business. For some strange reason these clowns only manged to generate about 60k out of it for the business and shareholders but managed to pocket much much more between themselves.

How much did they spend to purchase this alleged carbon capture business? KingTide. Is the business even active? I've never seen any news or heard of any business activity from kingtide other than CBX handing over shares to them for the business which were then sold by the director.

There is definitely something very shady about this company and it should be investigated.

I will be surprised if we stay on the exchange much longer. We don't generate any revenue. Just a lot of passing shares around amoungst board directors. I still cannot see what the new play is here yet.

How many directors have been appointed by this firm to date?

I think it's been quite a few. What have any of them done apart from take a huge salary for a part time position and deliver pretty much nothing in return?

They need to do more than just slow down cash burn. That's all we have heard over the last 18 months now. It seems they just took the money from this company to do barely anything and are just holding on to what little remains for as long as possible to not raise too many eyebrows. The market is not convinced with these weak updates anymore and it's reflected in price.

With respect it's probably the daftest thing I've ever read on here. Who in their right mind would pay or value this at 8million? As far as I'm aware (correct me if I'm wrong) they have no money and no product and very little reach. That means this company, even 5 or 6 years in now, is still nothing more than an idea.

Who on God's earth would pay 8 million to buy an idea with 3000 social media followers when they could just start their own for 3 and probably achieve the same or better in a matter of months?

If you know more about this firms assets and plans feel free to share because I feel like shareholders are in the dark here.

I know we've had a dip today on this RNS and some on here are not happy. However, we've all seen the sales figures fron this company doing nothing but attempt to sell a very small handfull of skin care products. Different avenues, networking and taking advantage of their knowledge & skillset in any field is clearly necessary. For me this is a good RNS and gives me a little bit more faith that the company are actually thinking outside the box and still willing to do something. Lets be honest, for a while now it has felt like this lot were just sitting around waiting to run out of money. We all know this is high risk but what start up company isn't?
