This will keep trickling though until an update drops. It needs more than a BTC purchase though. They need to announce a merger/RTO or a long term business plan with solid details and proposals. Then this will come good. Or they will just do nothing and keep draining the float with salaries

I still think the best thing that can happen here is a merger. Cel itself I can't see doing anything and they've still to date never shown us any plans for a business going forward. The website is sh*te the investor relations etc is non existent and same goes for any social media presence. There's no signs of any business here without some kind of merger/RTO

Yep that's your risk here. Cel has never moved that fast though even after RNS release. There has always been time to get in after any announcement. That said, there's never been that much to shout about from any RNS so who knows how price will move when there actually is

As for directors rushing to buy at whatever price they could.. this is unlikely. They are not irrational retail investors facing FOMO. That's nonsense. They likely had explained to the other institutional investors who fronted the other 250k that they too were putting in. They could hardly pull out of the purchase due to their own c*ck up with the RNS release. A lot of posters on here are led by their emotions rather than their brains.

I'm expecting a merger eventually or an RTO or something. Personally I'm not expecting it to happen quickly because of the history here but something will happen eventually.

The flip from cbx to cel was announced 18 months ago when price was 0.47 and it hasn't really done much since. Very slow. I'm sure it will get going but if you're expecting things to happen fast you picked the wrong stock. (Directors also put money In 18months ago)

I think people here are just happy with 1 little piece of Bullish news every 2 and half years 😆

One holds almost 347 bitcoin and can raise 30 to 40 million at a time from institutional investors. Punches out a clear strategy and 10 year plan...

The other has no strategy or is keeping it hidden. Can only raise 250k and just keeps jumping on the back of trending buzzwords.

Will we see a bitcoin purchase? Will we see an AI business? Or will they be too late to the party and pivot yet again towards the next thing when it starts trending. If they are going to do anything, now would be a great time before the hype disappears

Yep it's a great story and shows what can be done. My concern here is that Cel/Cbx just seem to jump on whichever is the current hype train but have yet to prove they can do anything. They just seem to hop onto whatever I trending. Cannabinoids, Carbon Capture, ai, BTC treasury etc etc the list goes on but (so far at least) they haven't done anything.

Very strange for LSE to have such a large discrepancy of shares in issue. But even still I can't see how Cel are on the Verge of being a £80million company but here's to hoping lol
