You realise Cel have 6 billion shares in issue? lol how much more dilution do you want exactly..

Ii won't allow Trading on stocks like Cel because it's high risk and only worth tenths of a penny now. That kind of price make execution difficult and also liquidity risks. A lot of the brokers who do still allow Cel also sometimes struggle to execute for the same reason. You might find you place orders that don't get filled or only part filled etc. I'm sure when and if price breaks back up above a penny there will no longer be issues and most brokers will allow it again. H&L still allow CLAI I believe.

The dilution is horrific. Brutal in fact. But the company are dealing with the fallout of multiple failed strategies so have had no choice. The valuation of the company is so low that this was the only way to bring in any serious funds or investors.

Compare it to when CG launched and they managed to raise 13million for just 260 million shares but they had a clean slate and a decent valuation of 5p per share.

It's painful for existing shareholders as they are essentially paying the price for past failures but unfortunately there is just no other choice. Cel needed cash and maybe just wernt holding the cards to get a better deal.

So 60% dilution it is. I don't see them ever buying any back but who knows. If you're trapped here at least they have the funds to have another crack and it gives you a chance to average down or recoup losses. As for new investors.... great opportunity. Let's hope they deliver.

Most on here are way too emotionally invested so unless you are going to post "it's going to be 5p at then end of this week" then expect some backlash. Very few on here are grounded enough for this game.

CLAI might not be ready yet and clearly market not happy with the dilution but at least the board. Are confident and finally CLAI seem to be getting their ducks in a row.
