1) it cannot have been anticipated that the Romanian authorities woul take a further 12 months to approve the BP licence, having promised Roy a 30+30 day timetable in September 2017
2) it cannot have been anticipated that Mercuria would back out of the financing in January
3) it cannot have been anticipated that Vast would be in pole position on Zimabwe diamonds, along with Chinese and Russian megalithic

Personally I am offsetting the value of the diamonds against the dilution
