gkb, thanks for digging that out which I was too lazy to do myself ! The bonds have a maturity date of two years from the date of each issuance, so this is a 'kick into the long grass' non issue at present !
gkb thanks, but can't see whether or not these charges are the only remedy Atlas has for repayment If ,for instance, there is the usual covenant to repay, Atlas could just issue a winding up order
There was a time when listed companies were required to make this sort of document available at their registered office or solicitors for inspection, so that shareholders could see what is being signed up to
