Maybe just coincidence

Doubtless the board would advise the market on the current figures
After such a placing I would expect the shares to re- rate to at least 0.20p, as the company would finally be investible
1. Working mine in EU country producing sought after minerals
2. Free of debt
3. Cash in hand
4. Experienced manager running the mine

I'm expecting a £7m placing over the next few days at 0.10, to pay off Atlas and finally free this POS from Wonga loans, death spirals, 'need to split off Zimbabwe ' *******s, etc etc and use the £5m existing cash to upgrade the machinery

I thought the Company was going to have its product sold by Molgonic under its CE badge, until final clinical evaluation ?

Don't see why not. The company is issuing partly paid shares at their nominal value
The problem obviously is that the shares are being issued at .10p when they could buy the shares outright in the market at .08 p
So it would have to be mates, or an on board HNW individual or institution who were happy with the story

Replace last line of previous post with " when the share price reached .010p

I guess if the board decided to pay off Atlas via a placing,when the price had dipped below .010p, to say .008p that it would be technically possible to issue shares at .010p partly paid as to .008p, withe the balance being called when the share price reached. 008p
