It seems then that for EU sales Avacta have just to sign an EU declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer covering EU regulations, without the need to need to involve a nominated body

MHRA confirms that the product is on the database, and this confirmation allows the product to be marketed

Flowflex LFD sent its application letter to MHRA on Monday 25 Jan 2021 & got its letter of registration on Wednesday 10 Feb 2021. That is 2 calendar weeks plus 2 days between submission and registration. Same timeline for us means tomorrow
