[PCI] Announces the completion of its sale of an 18.375% interest in the Isarene PSC to Enel Trade SpA (Enel). Under the terms of the agreement ENEL has: · Agreed to pay up to US$36.75 million to Petroceltic, which equates to 24.5% of all back costs incurred from signing of the PSC in 2005 until the end of the exploration period in April 2010; · Committed to fund 49% of the cost of the recently completed six well Isarene appraisal drilling campaign, which costs are capped, in aggregate, at US$145 million; and · Agreed to pay Petroceltic a contingent cash consideration, up to a maximum of US$75 million, such amount determined by a number of factors based on the results of the appraisal programme, such as the overall level of reserves and the production profile. Amounts outstanding under this agreement or to be paid under cash call arrangements currently exceed US$101 million and are now due for settlement within 30 days. Any contingent consideration amounts payable will fall due upon approval of the Declaration of Commerciality by the Algerian authorities, which is expected later in 2012. Post - completion, Petroceltic operates the permit with a 56.625 % interest, Sonatrach maintains a 25% interest, and Enel holds an 18.375% interest. [ANGM] Nalunaq On Monday, 30 January 2012, a further 16.8 kilograms (539.9 ounces) of gold doré were successfully poured at Nalunaq. This is the largest single pour to date and shows continued progress towards the Company's target of between 1,500 and 2,000 ounces per month, which it hopes to achieve early this year. During the three weeks since the last pour, the team lost approximately four days of production due to maintenance and repairs of the main generator. That aside, the team believe that gold recovery from the plant has now improved to c. 84%, a significant improvement over the levels achieved during the last few months of 2011. Finance On 28 July 2011, the Company announced that it had entered into a promissory note with YA Global Master SPV Ltd ("Yorkville") up to a maximum value of $3,654,000. The initial drawdown under the note was $1,350,000 and the Company made a subsequent drawdown of $855,000. The Company has now fully drawn down on this facility. The outstanding balance of $3,654,000 will be repaid in a series of payments commencing on 8 March 2012 and finishing on 30 September 2012. Nicholas Hall, CEO, commented: "The continued improvement in gold recovery and the associated increase in production levels indicate that the team is making important strides towards achieving our production target. The ongoing improvements to the process plant will further these efforts."

[ECV] Trading Update Despite continued difficult conditions in the automotive sector in 2011, the Group saw slightly improved vehicle revenues during the second half and closed the year with a strong finish in new taxi sales. As expected, demand for the new model Euro 5 London-licensed Mercedes Vito gained increasing momentum as the taxi trade faced the onset of new age limits in London and more stringent EU vehicle emission legislation from 2012. The Vito Euro 5 complies with the new EU emission standards, as well as provides other benefits such as improved fuel efficiency, comfort and six seat capacity. During the autumn, the Group, supported by Mercedes-Benz, introduced a highly competitive hire purchase scheme and other promotional initiatives to spur sales, contributing to robust sales in November and December. Strong sales momentum has also continued into 2012 with more than doubled unit sales of new taxis achieved in January compared with the same period last year. Based on Public Carriage Office data, the Group increased its market share of new London licensed taxi sales to 23% for 2011 as a whole, up from 21% reported for the first half of last year. Based on the latest three months sales, the Vito's market share has increased further and is estimated in excess of 30%. The Group estimates the new rules affecting the London licensed taxi industry will create a potential replacement market of approximately 3,000 vehicles in London, providing a solid growth opportunity for 2012 and beyond. During 2011 the Group was impacted by higher-than-expected warranty costs incurred by One80 Ltd, its intellectual property subsidiary. As a result, EBITDA for the second half is expected to be broadly neutral, compared with an EBITDA positive result expected by the Group previously. The warranty issue affecting One80 has since been addressed and is expected to have little impact in 2012. A major restructuring programme across the Group including One80 has already been implemented and expected to realise annual cost savings of approximately £0.5 million in 2012. These cost savings, together with an anticipated increase in new taxi sales, are expected to contribute to a return to positive EBITDA in 2012. The cash position remains tight due to the challenging conditions in 2011 and the Group is reviewing its funding arrangements with the full support of its bank and the KPM-UK Taxi Plc Discretionary Pension Scheme ("Pension Scheme"). As first announced on 3 June 2010, a loan facility is provided by the Pension Scheme, whose beneficiaries are Peter DaCosta, Michael Troullis and Keith Marder, all executive directors and shareholders of the Group. To date the Pension Scheme has provided the Group a long term loan in total of £1 million. A further announcement will be made in due course. One80 Ltd The Group has increased its shareholding in One80 from 58.8% to 76.6% as a result of subscribing in a £0.23 million rights issue by One80. In August 2011 One80 also raised a loan of £0.25 million which has been utilised along with the rights issue to decrease the liability outstanding to ECV. The Group expects a reduction in ongoing warranty costs compared to last year, resulting in a significant EBITDA contribution to the Group this year.

[DLM] Since 1 April 2011, the Company has completed its CVA, acquired a serious games business, PIXELearning Limited, and appointed a new Chief Executive, Andy Hasoon. Furthermore, it has taken an option to acquire the Digital Learning Marketplace project, a revolutionary learning platform designed to allow Corporations, SME businesses and professionals to access and build truly personalised learning from materials supplied by a diverse range of providers. In view of these significant developments, the Company changed its name on 4 January 2012 to Digital Learning Marketplace Plc. For operational reasons and to align the company to the calendar year the Directors have decided that it is appropriate to change the year-end to 31 December, with the next audited accounts for the 9 months ended 31 December 2011 to be published by 31 May 2012. Trading update As reported in the Chairman's Statement of the interim accounts, the Company' sales are growing. There continues to be considerable interest in the Company's products, particularly its offerings that incorporate serious games and are seen as immersive learning solutions. In addition to winning orders from existing customers, we are negotiating with numerous new customers. The Company's stand at the 2012 Learning Technologies exhibition at Olympia on 25 and 26 January generated new contacts and opportunities for future business. During this exhibition we had significant interest in our role play engine and our Mobile Applications creation capability.

[WTH] Has a 29.99% stake in [PEG] the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, which is pleased to provide an update on trading following the end of its financial year on 31 December 2011. As expected, revenues for the second half year were higher than those for the first half and the Group achieved year-on-year revenue growth of over 5%. Profit before tax for the year to 31 December 2011 is expected to be higher than market expectations due to better margins, overhead savings and lower financing costs. Cash flows were also ahead with net debt reducing from £1.8m at 30 June 2011 to £1.5m at 31 December 2011. The current year has started satisfactorily and the level of order prospects remains encouraging.

Mr Phil Kelly, non-executive director, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in Sanderson at a price of 34.5p per share. Following these share purchases Mr Kelly has a beneficial interest in 50,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.12% per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

Under the terms of this significant agreement, Pinnacle will supply BBC International with the resilient fibre connections; microwave back-up links, analogue and ISDN connectivity. Pinnacle will also supply IP telephone switchboards, telephone handsets and data connections to Stratford Broadcast Tower's offices, studios and production crews for the world's media. [THR] Announces a substantial 12% improvement in projected metallurgical recovery of tungsten for the Molyhil tungsten and molybdenum project in Australia's Northern Territory ("Molyhil"). Highlights · Tungsten recovery now estimated at 75% compared with previous estimate of 67%; · Improvement derived from adding a flotation step to the tungsten recovery process after gravity separation; · Projected revenues at Molyhil improved by approximately A$7.0 million p.a. over the life of the mine; · Cost per metric tonne unit ("mtu") of tungsten produced reduced to US$109 after molybdenum bi-product credit; and · Economics of the Molyhil project significantly enhanced. Next steps at Molyhil · Capital and operating cost changes to reflect the process change, to be confirmed; · Confirmatory test-work scheduled; · Revised resource estimate from 2011 drilling due later this month; · Updated ore reserve and mining plan calculation, reflecting revised resource and improved metallurgical recovery, due February 2012; and · Updated feasibility study due February 2012. Analyses by Molyhil project consultants, Nagrom & Co, PAH Australia, and Proteus EPCM Engineers, have concluded that the tungsten recovery at Molyhil should increase to 75% from 67% previously, by subjecting tailings from the tungsten gravity extraction process, to flotation. This tailings material will contain 27% of the total tungsten (WO₃) in the system. The conclusion from the analyses is that 30% of the tungsten in this stream should be recoverable at relatively low cost.

[SND] Completed the sale of Sanderson RBS Limited ("Sanderson RBS"), the Group business which specialised in the sale of 'electronic point of sale' ("epos") solutions to major high street retailers, to Torex Retail Holdings Limited ("Torex"). Torex are a leading technology provider to the retail, hospitality and convenience and fuel markets. The cash consideration of £11.5million is payable on completion with additional cash consideration of £0.15million being payable unconditionally on 6th April 2012 and a further £0.1m payable dependent upon receipt by Sanderson RBS of specific customer payments. In the year ending 30th September 2011, Sanderson RBS achieved sales of £12.36million, operating profit of £1.41million (stated before amortisation, share-based payment and allocation of group cost) and profit before taxation of £0.86million. The net assets of Sanderson RBS at 30th September 2011 were £3.56million. The cash proceeds of the sale will enable the Group to repay its bank debt and leave a positive cash balance of approximately £4million. The Board has a strategy to develop and expand the Group, to build shareholder value and to increase shareholder returns. The cash will be used to invest in the further development of products and services, especially in the areas of online sales and ecommerce solutions. The Sanderson strategy is to enhance the Group's presence in its core markets of multi-channel retail and manufacturing, both through further development of existing product suites, as well as by complementary acquisitions. The Board will also consider taking advantage of the Group's strong cash generation to accelerate the Group's progressive dividend policy. Given the current challenging economic environment, Sanderson has maintained good trading momentum. The new product suites launched over the last 18 months, which include Green IT, Software as a Service, Cloud Solutions and the very latest versions of the ecommerce software with modern functionality and features, have made the Group more competitive and have contributed to the improvement in trading and the gaining of new customers. The Sanderson manufacturing business has continued to trade well as has the Group's multi-channel business, which has won new customers, especially from companies operating in the areas of catalogue and online sales, ecommerce and wholesale distribution. At the end of the first quarter, to 31 December 2011, order intake in the manufacturing and multi-channel businesses was almost ten per cent ahead of the comparative period of the previous financial year. Sanderson now has a strengthened balance sheet, cash in the bank and continues to improve its competitive market position. The Board is confident that the Group will make further progress during the current year and anticipates updating shareholders with progress at the Annual General Meeting which will be held on 15th March 2012.
