Speculation is circling that IHP will cause a buying spree. Buying at over.48 seems to be the order of the day. Quite a few competitors are considering a consolidation of the market.

If previous years's calender is followed then it is likely that the Annual Report will be published in the near future. My opinion is that, based on recent corporate news and events could mark that significant shift in fortunes that has been promised for deliver from the the first quarter of 2011 and continuing year on year thereafter. With hardly any shares trades of significance recently my guess is the report will catch the market off guard.

More coppers can now be banked thanks to continuing support and ongoing business cred. Momentum will rule the day, but for now take those easy profits, run remainder but churn profits on weakness. GL

Announces the following update in relation to its year end results for the year ended 30 September 2010. The Company expects results for the year ended 30 September 2010 to be below market expectations. This is because of a payment, due at the end of December 2010 from Estrategia Global in relation to a contract entered into prior to the financial year end with Galleon for territory rights for the Latin American Market, which remains unpaid. Following discussions with Estrategia it is not clear when or if these monies will be paid and the Board has therefore taken the decision to unwind this deal, resulting in a decrease in revenue and an increase in the loss before tax of approximately £948,627. Discussions are continuing in the territory. In addition, as part of our year end closing, the Board believes that it is necessary to significantly write down the value of its Intangible assets, WIP and Goodwill. The Company's focus is shifting more and more towards its digital operations in China and the Board feels it is prudent to make these write offs as at 30 September 2010.

Having a holding in NETD of over 10%. NETD has offered up to the market an upbeat trading statement, suggesting its performance is ahead of market expectations, and that it is, NETD, firing on all cylinders. Looks like EVT's investment there was shrewdly timed!

1.5mns of the issued shares have been snapped up recently at the top end of the respective sessions' trading range. My opinion is that, now the full annual report is public. Hoyer and or Atorka and Norbertdressangle will be keen to see an upside in their respective corporate investment here and will be looking very closely on how to unlock value on their investments.
