I merely asked which of the institutions it could be as a possible seller since we are in the realms of speculation ! of course it be any Tom Dick or Harriet wanting out, they probably realised what baffoons they have turned out to be by short term investing, but rather listen to the Companies long term view and hold out for a while longer. The institutions often take a more loyal long termism opinion of events and often best placed to observe from the inside so to speak. What speculation is worth listening to the Company releases speak volumes.

There are suggestions that SLG will find it hard to get a secondary offering off the ground, without a deeply discounted offering, recently announced by the Company that will happen in the near future. Heavy hitting punters are currently issuing "wealth" warnings here eg proactive & internet pundits due to stressed finances, weak business model, contractual delays and major contract negotiations taking longer than expected to conclude. This is a message from the market, not my own views so bear with the messenger. I can understand the rose coloured spectacle blinkered approach based on Company sponsored publicly available information, but the share price is sending out all the wrong signals on a session that has relatively small number of shares turnover. My views on this Company are well documented here and elsewhere and my position remains resolute for the long term despite immediate finance concerns.

This is a hot stock for the future in my opinion based on all publicy available information of which I am familiar. But I just cannot but wonder that successive temporary cash flow requirements are being funded mostly out of cash calls, this has a negative impact on the shares, and in the current climate that is hard to redress. I belive in the hardware solution to navigation requirements, but most of the corporate output is fairly typical of a tiddler that requires funding from secondary issues of shares and issues trading warnings, which is a poor combination. This is a Hottie but is tempered with risk warnings. Having followed the development of this Co through its development days, I cannot help but point out that it keeps getting knocked down before it has a chance to get up and dust itself down. Yes its thechnology advance is its blue sky hope and I hope these "large" prospective customers arrive before the funding runs dry. The current contracts, as good and useful as they are, are insufficient to see it through to profitability, and its manufacturing savings by flitting abroad does help cost savings. We were expecting breakeven this 1/4, but as we know contract delays out of SLG's control has pushed that deadline back. But this is still a long term winner in my mind tinged with risk which I am prepared to swallow. A stock with huge potential but tempered with corporate risk.

Hi daramuda. One thing is certain, with each successive cash call means more earnings diliutiuon, this makes the shares even less of an attraction to the "city" this leads to less analyst attention leading to more sales being acquired by non listed competitors who save £50,000 per annum on listing fees, this along with lesser complience fsma stranglehold, causing SLG to lose out more leading to less sales less cash flow and more cash calls more earnings dilution until the investor patience and money runs out and the Directors call it a day and decide to delist in the extreme. So far there is only the hold out for approaches made to big manufacturers who can pull all the bargaining strings & would squish SLG in the blink of an eye. Each time we get a trading update it always skewed to the negative "jam tomorrow" theme story line no matter how well it is packaged and spun..

This Co is a classic overtrading company. Potential sales upside but no funds to finance that alleged sales upside & demand. A massive secondary offering is looming, this is bound to have a negative impact on sentiment and a consequent downer on the share price. Not one third party is prepared to back this outfit, and as per usual it will be left to long suffering existing members to mop up the fallout. Once again we have a Company dishing out hope promisses and then we want more funds, all past promisses have been proved to be hollow money pits. This is still, in my opinion, a very risky investment as so far we have calls for more monies followed by sales/profits warnings. My guess is you believe the hyped blue sky promise and tread wearily. After all SLG is being caught up fairly rapidly by better well financed outfits and appears to have lost the drop on its comepetitors despite upbeat Management trading reports. This Co cannot fund future development out of sales cash flows and will continue to be second rate to its better funded competitors. So far we have only small scale non volume sales but a stretched R&D operation draining monies like no tomorrow. That is my opinion..

IHP, has NETD as a substantial holdings of its issued shares representing an historic 9.4%. EVT holds an historic 10.07% of NETD representing 2.6mns issued shares. With the isc in IHP rising to 431mns Monday the percentage holding will reduce, my guess is that there could well be purchases made by NETD possibly in order to bring up its equilibrium as we do not know who has subscribed for the new 40mns shares raising the £160k to buy PIXEllearning Ltd, a significant holdings announcement should follow if they have been purchased by an existing institutional holder .

Most of past information is now in the share price, what isn't yet is the happenings between NETD/Angus Forrest and IHP incestuous relationship. NETD is a share worth investing in as IHP and vice versa fortunes will impact on the share price. Acquisition Corporate activity has been flagged up before and augers well for the future, a possible blip in share price Monday is a buying opportunity in my opinion. As at the interim 30th September bean count there was an earnings per share ("eps") based on a reported profit of £63,734 and a weighted average of issued shares of 264mns. As at today that eps would be .16 with the additional shares of 40mns secondary issue that eps would be .14. as at 9th May historically We are due a trading report as the latest one was on 23 November, all signals suggest that there has been an improvement in profitability and the assets base increase as a result of recent corporate avtivity. With the trading of an additional 40mns isued shares about to hit the trading floors on 9th May, this could cause a slight dip in the quoted share price, but those new shares will be quickly absorbed into the system and the market cap adjust upwards to compensate for the added asset value of the acquisition.
