Follow up to Trading report for the period ended 31st March 2011 announced in May may be due anytime. We should get a clear understanding how order intake has settled down to more comfortable stabilisation, we may even get a hint on future turnover. What is for sure there has been some considerable Corporate manouverings between the last report and the one due. In my mind a market cap of £6mns or so is unsustainable and somewhere down the line is an upward correction. The issued share cap is not on the toppy side for a Co of this size and I would imagine one good sized non Governmental retail order could awaken a market currently in total doldrums and a situation to be exploited.

The market is competetive out there with SLG competing with the Chinese manufacturers. But I am more optomistic about the venture into Japan and how well the Japanese office is getting on with negotiating deals. Announces the successful conclusion of discussions regarding the refinancing of its term debt and working capital facilities. HSBC Bank plc ('HSBC') has replaced the Royal Bank of Scotland ('RBS') as the Group's banker having advanced a four year term facility of £7.4million together with a £1million working capital facility. The new facility is expected to generate significant cost savings for the Group over the four year period of the facility compared with the previous arrangement. A one-off charge of c.£0.4m will be recorded in the current period to 30th September 2011, as an exceptional finance expense representing the unamortised portion of RBS fees, including a repayment fee arising from the early repayment of the RBS facility. Announces today that it has signed a potentially multi-million pound contract, with Rentokil Initial plc ('Rentokil'). The four year contract covers multiple countries and a range of products. This potentially transformational deal represents a landmark commercial milestone for Byotrol. With finances secured, guarantees can now be given that any contracts entered into can be delivered upon and with expected major growth in GPS enabled hand held devices certain the future here looks bright if SLG can capture a market share of this multi billion £ market, and on the face of it, that looks a possibility and with a market cap now around £5.5Mns the "city" will now pay a little more attention..

Announced today a significant contract win awarded to Photobase, Croma's access security and installation systems subsidiary. Photobase has been contracted by CSS Total Security Ltd ("CSS") for the development of security software. The contract is worth £450,000, Photobase's largest contract win to date, and marks a further step in the cooperation between Croma and CSS. Croma will announce a pre-close trading update for the financial year ended 30 June 2011 later this month. As announced on 14 June 2011, admission to trading on AIM of 429,540,000 new A Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 1 July 2011, following which Sarantel will have 830,476,331 ordinary voting shares in issue. This is the number which may be used as the denominator for the calculations by which shareholders may determine if they are required to notify an interest in, or a change to an interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Take up of secondary offering is now filtering through and a clearer direction for SLG could be emerging.
