The order, worth in the region of £8m, will be fulfilled and supported from Petards facility in Gateshead. What do fellow holders make of the substantial ownership shift. My guess is that New Hill be a more aggressive shareholder and probably intends to build on its stake.

announces that the Ministry of Defence (MOD) has exercised its option to extend the Group's existing enabling contract to supply the MOD with private mobile radio equipment, ancillaries and engineering services. Annual revenues arising from the contract are anticipated to be in excess of £1m over the contract term which now runs until September 2014. Means one thing only, usually! The Chairman/auditors would not sign them off as there has to be some material change in a downward assessment of trading conditions. The figures to be reported cannot contain any additional information as post trading events because if these were material they would almost certainly have to be issued to the market via a seperate regulatory news announcement. From experience delayed accounts spell bad news as poor numbers take time to add up than good ones.

Been following the Corporate career of Angus Forrest with interest. Ask Mr Forrest how he bailed out of Billam PLC having taken a nice severence package and Billam then de-listed. I see no positive improvement in Mr Forrests corporate strategy even getting involved in Intellego Holdings changing identity to Digital Learning. There has been more and more shares issued with no return, so I see nothing to get excited about here! or in Mr Forrest who now chooses to take a "back seat" in regulatory news announcements. Billam was his nemesis.

There will now be a 6 month restriction on those alleged "interested" parties from making an offer for the next 6 months, unless of course someone else has a pop at this bombed out composter, then the real fight for control will be on. Where there is muck there is brass. TEG has already wasted no time in securing and announcing further lucrative contract gains. We will never know the reasons why those sniffing around baulked at making an offer and why they walked away, but no doubt upcoming regulatory news will shed some light, even if it meens working between the lines and reading the Corporate language!

All public available information is in the share price! Most of what is written here was aired at the AGM so there are no hidden agendas, even less now that there is a running commentary on DW's emoluments and share holdings, so there cannot, by definition, be a hidden agenda as all information about the company is in the public domain, and its Board is being actively discussed and all publicly available information is in the share price! So how can DW's salary/perks package discussion be relevent to the share price or SLG as it is SLG we are discussing not DW's arrangements withe the Company.

I cannot believe how so many got suckered into the positive rhetoric on this stock by the original feckless dirty dozen, many have long since gone, perhaps it is because me, the target of their candor, has long since deserted that sinking ship. ANGM is scraping the barrel but it has not yet found the claret!. I further cannot believe how so few feckless members have spent a virtual lifetime footprint crass comments and upbeat rhetoric to no avail and still are so brazen to front their stance absolutely incredulous beyond belief. Greenland has untold riches but sadly ANGM will no be the one to exploit its resources. But I do suggest ANGM a buy at current levels on a wing and a prayer!
