IDD. Directors and Funds noe effectively control 52.13% of the shares or 567.77105M Issued Share Cap. Lets not get too excited. YEh!

IDD. FURTHER 6.1% Holding. This is absolutely unbelievable. Why should IDD be in such demand. It was announced today at 16.18H via LSE RNS that RAB Capital PLC Hold 67M or 6.1% of Issued Share Cap. I am glad I bought these some while ago, what is there to lose? Look at all the other Holdings!!!!!

CYH. I reported the other day that this Co has moved out of its normal price range, well today has risen towards the end of trading by 2p. This is another of my offerings to watch. Billam PLC ("BLLM") has a stake.

CSR. Yes I have heard that about East European properties. My wife and I went to Bulgaria some ten years ago, my daughter in law is from Ukraine. Putting £10 in HHO WAS a risk. HHO has more to offer trust me.

CSR. Hi fozzyb. Your analysis is absolutely spot on. These shares may go to £10 on a £10K current investment say 1500 shares a £4 rise equates 67% share price rise or to £6000 gain. An equivalent single invested amount gain on HHO would have amounted to £50K. An investment in corus would have produced 50% recently. If £10 is the top end of Brokers estimates then it looks like a lot of money in a single punt?

DGM. I am at a loss to comprehend the recent falls. Suffice to say I have been rubbing Fidelities nose in it today both in Burmuda and London. I await Email replies to my observation that their 3.9% stake has lost 12% in two days, I do not think their INVESTEE clients are pleased. But I have made enquiries into I-SPIRE PLC, this was the previous GLENCHEWTON PLC Co. I Spire has had its shares suspended because it was late in filing Accounts Stock exchange rules caused the shares to be suspended. It is now effectively a cash shell.

PTC. Hi fozzyb. Apart from the research. Look at the recent buy signals 4M on 12th Sept. 500k on 9th Sept and today 600K+ at top end of trading range. With holders accounting for 42% does this not ring a note of kerching to you!

CSR. I appreciate your game plan. As you are in for the long haul. You do not get a lot of shares for your money. A balanced portfolio, in my book includes the likes of CORUS, PRTY and a whole host of "penny stocks" CSR has only produced 133% gain in 2 years Highbury House produced 500% in 1 month the analogy is there I can see where you are and where you have been and I am sure the shares will go where the Broker is confident in them going, but for £10K I can punt on a more balanced and often risk averse portfolio, with £10K in CSR I get 1,431 shares, that will not cover broker fees.

PRTY. I am still confident as per my last footprint of a price in three weeks of between £1.25 and £1.35 with a stop price of £1.20 and £1.30.

CSR. Hi fozzyb. It looks like the positive Broker note today will manifest itself another day. The Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") is an obvious place to find young up an coming "penny stocks" often derised by the hi brow who see these AIM stocks as over hyped and often down right rubbish. But AIM has produced some absolute sparklers where there are young exciting growing companies. Larger companies worth say £100M will find it hard to become £1B but a £1 Co can easily become a £10M or £100M. Can I suggest you take a look, if you can bear it, at the share trades of a puny/infitesimal Company called PNC Telecom TIDM (PTC). A CSR in the making I feel.

LBT. MBO possible offer to be no more than 12p/share. Watch for possible heavy buying perhaps signs of an alternative Bid or "white knight" situation. Do not chase the shares above current levels.

IDD. Hi Christian. That footprint you posted today I covered several footprints ago, but with all the activity on this site recently it has since been pushed off the page. I have reported today a further footprint regarding two RNS holdings announcement.

IDD. There were two Companies Act 1985 Part V1 Holdings announcement today. 1st. Rotch Ltd holds 50m or 4.6% ISC 2nd. Noble Partnership Ltd/Enterprise Venture Capital Trust PLC. Has an interest in 47.473M or 4.3%.

DGM. as recent as mid August This cash rich internet Advertising Group was being tipped by Analysts at a price of 25p and even more recent, when fund managers declare nearly 4% Holdings, then three days later see their investment fall by 6%, I do not think I am that chuffed to say the lest. If the experts miss the mark, how can everyone else make rational sensible investments. You indulge me and Fidelity et al what is wrong with this stock, then I can tell those who are supposed to know!

DGM. Start out with EPS Pre Tax or any other profit figure you care to calculate, everyone has their own way of deciding what are PROFITS, normal it is the EBITDA or just pre tax profits, divide that by the number of shares issued, then divide that figure by current share price to arrive at P/E.

DGM. Hello again fozzyb. I have been giving more thought to your observation regarding the pe ratio. We may have hit the nail on the head here. I believe this is the only listed co in its field, therefore without any industry or sector analysis, it is difficult to judge, without peers, whether this is a high, low or indifferent ratio by comparrison, p/es only work by comparing like for like. oil Cos have enormous P/E ratios as the expectations are high. So if DGM had, and this might appear onscene, more listed competition the p/e could be better assessed. Turning to the question WHEN will the price rise, I only know, based on my findings the price has started its journey, I do not know which route it will take or when it will get there, i only know it will arrive. But I will repeat, this Co has one of the worst websites for investor info that I have come across. However having not visited it for a while because I got fed up, it may have improved, I get all my material from independent published works.

CSR. Hi fozzyb. this share is outside my price range, but I can agree with your observations. I have observed though that bluetooth will soon be rivalled by the more powerful and all pervasive WiMAX, what are your views on the current market penetration and wider operational features of the wireless protocol? Do you think it will impact on future performance of CSR?

DGM. If the P/E is 30%, that suggests positive future outlook, If buyers wait for the P/e to fall then the shares become cheap but buyers would have noticed that long before that happens. EPS as far as 2005 is concerned is expected to be .6p and in 2006 1.3p.
