ZGP. As I have posted as a footprint befor. With Pipex having the following buys posted it must be conjoined. recent Pipex share buys: 1st 10.48am 1m buy @ 8.75p 2nd 12.49pm 1m buy @ 8.77p 3rd 16.40pm 1.5M @ 8.5p and "sneaky buy" yesterday mid day. It is up to you to decide where this is going. I have made my mind up. I an investor in PIPEX.

IDD. The trades speak for themselves. Hi mcgaz it is a "curious game" but the signals are or were and still are out there.

PRTY. I have read the footprints here my Target price is £1.25 to £1.30 stop loss £1.20 to £1.25 within the next 4 weeks.

MSY. Like a lot of these tracker shares, once the price fbreaks through a particular "stop" price Automatic Buy/Sell orders are executed. Follow the buyers until the next AT Barrier watch for turnabout !

CDG. Hi sharedealer. It is disheartening when so much hope and promise is presented to prospective investors, whom are led to believe that they are making a good investment. With hindsight we are all wiser. Maybe the name of this Co was a dead giveaway CON Roy Diamonds PLC !! Some small glimmer and consolation, the price is up, a rise just shy of 6%.

POLQ. Interims show horrendous losses, paticularly for a company of this size!. Without some new news on increase in income stream this company's share price will show continued weakness, this share has all the halmarks of a share price slide.

DGM. Hi yogibear. Glad to be back posting footprints, for better or for worse!. No you have not missed anything. These shares perform to a repeat pattern. See my previous footprints how I observe the share price movement.

NIS. Most of NIS's sales for 2006 are secured. On the radar screens of large public sector/local authority and police organisations organisations. Once the government. Central Government sector has completed its consolidation then NIS will be a winner, even so with a 1000 top customies base looks safe from any slow down in economy?. It is just a matter of time for these shares to break through new highs. All the best.

ARX. Since my last footprint. interims are due for release 28th September. I wish I could crystal gaze into the future. But I would imagine them to be in line with expectations, with a positive slant on recent order wins tinged with a little bit of negativity regarding margins.

DCS, Hi investor. I am very well thanks. Been brushing up on everyones footprints. Just a follow up note. Although the EPs will suffer the opposite effect is that Assets Per Share improves. So all remains ceritus paribus apart from the fact that Barclays becomes a member as oppopsed to a Creditor. I know which one I would prefer to be.

DCS. The conversion, if approved would inevitably dilute the EPS, but it will strnghen the balance sheet. If Barclays are prepared to convert debt into equity that is a clear signal of confidence. If there are no other equity issues planned. Then only the EPS suffers. The actual holdings does not change. Barclays has done the Co a favour by eliminating Debt resulting in a stronger Balance Sheet.

NIS. Hi groundforce. The recent results were inthemselves solid, however there were some concerns about the outlook. The market for used rental vehicles has weakened. More competition has softened the UK hire rates.However the Spanish Fualsa arm with its fleet of 19K hired vehicles has shown resilience. A good solid and prifitable business with a prospective Price Earnings of 65.7p against 60.9p. A good future investment.

PXC. amidst a flurry of mediocre sells up pops a nice little 450k buy mid day. An opportunistic buy in a sea of weakness! I have emphasised the srenghs of this stock. The only weakness I can find is its large ISC. But a future Consol can correct that. There were some major buys yesterday. Just to remind you I hold shares in this stock.

MSY. The shares are well down today. The results due to be announced are expected to be weaker than expected dragging down the price. Added to this there is weakness in its banking section.

HHO. Hi debbie. There is a turf war going on between the ousted Chief Exec and KM. A shot across the boughs of HHO recently, suggests that a rival to the magazine "playstation2" will be brought into circulation. The HHO offering will be sold in Gaming Group shops under a JV. It is not clear if or when the rival will be available or where it will be sold, my guess is through mag retailers. It looks like the current "blink" could be a strategy for a new investor buying up single investor's shares, I am currently not reading too much into the recent buys/sells as they only represent a small fraction of the ISC suffice to say interesting developments and I am monitoring the situation.

SCO. Almost 6M shares traded, buying at near top of trading range. The news mid August was a clear buying signal. The large trades today suggest further evidence of confidence. But bear in mind, this company has nearly 3/4M ISC.

ARX. Hi guys/gals. Full year figures to 31st March were released last month. They show turnover up 725 to £19.38M and losses reduced from £5.1M to £4.44M. The next interims to 30th Sept will not be expected for release until Nov/Dec. Does this help you?
