IDD. Thanks for reaearch investor. I believe that the prices paid recently and the holdings announcements were done with full knowledge of the level of ISC. My position has still not changed. These shares offer up good value despite the numbers of shares issuen. This situation represents good value in view of its prospects.

UBC. The price reacted positively to the recent announcements. But have steady at 27p. In the absence of more news the shares are fairly priced. There is little downside at the moment. There is support for the shares at this level. The recent deals look in the best interest of UBC

IDD. Thanks investor. That clarifies it. I think some of the new issued stock has been mopped up in the recent notifiable interest announcements?

PTC. Fun Days Ahead. This stock has risen just over 20% in this session. I susspect that the recent good announcements and future prospects will be recognised in print soon. Hop on, spend your HHO profits.

IDD. For those who follow number crunching stories. This one is for you the Market Cap via London Stock Exchange ("LSE") is £2.938M this represents just over 200M issued Share Capital ("ISC"). and not £12.44M on this page.

IDD, the share price has fallen back on profit taking. I have gone back in at 1.09p. The shares appear to be tightly held by a mixture of Directors/Management and Fund Managers ( thanks investor for the info). I am following those "in the know" recent substantial holdings.

HHO. The price could go anywhere from here. My instincts tell me that, now we all know. I would expect a reshuffle and a "new broom" clearout. If I was holding so much stock, I would be making pretty damn sure that my investment was at least protected and the best enhanced. I think the immediate uncertainty is swept away. No more unhelpful speculation from either camp. The Board must have known, when they issued their 3.30pm statement recently, negotiations were going on with Mr KM. Good luck to him and the investing members.

HHO. There is no point. He can waeave his magic from inside the den. He may well now set about a major shake up and bring in his own team. I am at constant alert that there have been some massive trades recently. These, if they prove to be declarable will soon have to be published.

HHO. Out at 3.80 will trade again when the first wave subsides. What is sure now is we know what is going on. Mr KM has achieved his initial objective.

HHO. was out on recent strengh now back in earlier today on weakness, will trade soon to lessen position. Good news. I would expect now a flurry of Holdings RNSs in the near future. Watch this space.

HHO. Mr KM Has been appointed to the Board, he will retain his Holding in Co.

PNC. This stock has continued its strong upside over the last and this session so far. With a mere 39K shares traded there must be some other reason for the positive upswing. I guess it is the recent news as my footprints recently have presented to us.

ARX. It has been noted in a previous footprint that this share is destined for £1 in a year onwards. Your guess is as good as mine, but I think stronger in the near future. I am concerned about the quasi profit warning that was handed out with the recent Virgin Deal.

EPO. My previous footprints have drawn readers' attention to the overstated Market Cap on this page. Any buys/sells will have a significant impact on the share price. That is why I personally think that there are fundamental business reasons, without attendant media coverage.explaining why the share price has had a strong run. Once the press starts to show an interest and cover this stock, it should motor.

DGM.242% Profits rise from this on line Advertising monitoring Company at the interim stage. Undervalued at this present time. I have a holding in this stock.

IDD. My impression is that the 1M trade at half 4 was a buy. If it was a sell, that would suggest an opening price of 1.23p tomorrow. I have the impression the order was a Buy !! Yes we have had this discussion before. Whatever it was it caused the price to rise.

PTC. Just one more footprint for you all to take on board. 2.24% of ISC bought today. Someone is keen to get a foot in the door here. It is no slouch Company.I have a personal holding here.

HHO. A sharp drop in the share price just before the close of a session, particularly when a possible RNS is imminent, is a great buying opportunity, as demonstrated by the late buys this session. It is all in the timing, there is always someone who knows what is going on and prepared to deal. I think I will be out tomorrow locking in profits, and buy in another day

HHO. I have seen an RNS pop up at just befor 6pm. It all depends on how busy the LSE is and how the news can filtrate to the network. Great buys at the last knockings today @3.6p. There's confidence.
