LGB. This Company never knows when not to amaze members. You would have thought they would have given hard pressed battle hardened shareholders time to breathe, oh no! give them more palpatations. Sorry I have to say sell ducking the wrath of followers says he!

LGB. It has just been announced of a possible Bid. That has put the cat amongst the pidgeons. A good roller coaster ride ahead.

OILQ. Some of you may have read an obvious statement today regarding the recent share price rise. But can I just balance the books by stating that OILQ is dependent on the fortunes of Northern Petroleums (NOP) drilling successes at Bouldner Copse. It does not look that promissing. The interims of NOP are mediocre and cash funds are being used up drilling non productive holes in the ground. I would like to hear from anyone who can say for certain OILQ is not dependent on the fortunes or misfortunes of Northern P. Thanks.

PTC. For those who prefer their information spoon fed. I will post a tenuous Holdings link here. DA Group have been informed that "CACI" have a "substantial" holding in DA group amounting to 1.4463M ISC or 6.04%. As PTC uses DA software, I thought I might keep you informed.

DAG. For those who prefer to watch the footprints rather than carry out your own research I will post this for you. "CACI" have a 6.04% interest in the ISC or have a "substantial" holding of 1.4463M voting shares.

IME. This Co has just announced a MAJOR deal with Cadbury's Rowntrees, good so far. So how do the shares react, rise? no they fall by nearly 4%. That's the stock market for you. Baffling ?

PXC. There has been steady selling but nothing really of consequence individually and only 220K so far today, for any impact on the share price there will need to be some significant trades. You may want to follow the lead if you have small packets of shares and sell and see what happens, you may well want to follow suit and sell and perhaps come back in the price falls, but because of the "spread" the fall may be so slight as not to be worth it. With the shares underpinned by increasing Broadband subscribers, bearing in mind PXC are to launch a 24Mb service and the WiMax trials going on and the Voip offering I need convincing that the current share sales have got anything to do with the underlying business model.

IDD. The news stream from IDD has gone too quiet for my liking and is unusual. I am certain that the market is going to be hit with a major announcement and soon. The share price has held steady for a few days now. The big Holdings will start to get restless with the Board and will start demanding more routine financial updates. With the 1/2 year end tomorrow, we may well have to wait until around Oct for some clue as to trading performance. But I think something may happen before then. The Board are totally outnumbered by some MAJOR MAJOR Funds Holdings. If they (the Board)do not deliver they may well be forced out the door. That is my view for what it is worth.

ISD. It has recently been reported that the chairman, Managing Director, Finance Director have all upped their stakes. For fuller details visit AFX website.

GEX. A strong opening this morning a buy of 20K seems to have prompted a rise of 1/2p or 22% rise. More footprints to be posted if my "scuttlebutting" turns up something.

OMG. The Company has reported that OMG, developer of graphics software for 3D human images, that trading figures are ahead of market expectations in the 2nd 1/2 of the year. The Company also reported that revenues have improved.

MDL. Company releases statement that it knows of no reason for share price activity. So what is driving the shares higher herd buying perhaps. I do not know of any significant stakeholdings or signs of stakebuilding, if there is the holdings will have to be reported under part V1 of CA 1985.

DAG. An update on trade resulting from uptake of Service!

ZGP. I have no further corroborate evidence of PIPEX (PXC) association. No significant share buys except those reported. Product news will filter through eventually but in the meentime, due to a strong showing of late regarding speculation, shares marked down which may have been overdone, hence my buy position. One to hold if you are in or one to buy for long term growth. This one is outside my normal price, but since I am into PXC I footprinted the rumour that I read in one of the tabloids, other than that I have researched further suffice to say I do monitor the trades with interest for signs of "action" so far nothing spotted, but keep watching it.

DAG. DA group promote groundbreaking animated mobile phone alert service. Under the name of "yoomega Alerts" which seamelessly converts traditional voice or text files into fully animated mobile content. PNC Telecom Services (PTC) say they are very excited to be the first to market this service.

IDD. Correct 30th Sept is Interim date not Annual date, which is of course 31st March. My comments still stand irrespective.

PTC. With thousands of students & Schoolchildren back at school showing off their latest mobile "download". It is no wonder these shares will soon become hot property as the recent uptick in sales filters through.

IDD. The year end is 30th September. I would expect numbers to be releaed around Dec time. But in the meantime I will be watching the share trades very closely to see if any fall out of the normal range in terms of size of transaction and or price paid or received. This will initially alert me perhaps to the bottom line ebitda of the trading figures. I am desperately trying to find out why so many shares are held with Directors & Funds after so many and diverse holdings announcements recently. My initial feeling is that the numbers are going to please the market. I would post a buy but I am posting a self preservation hold it is better than no opinion until a clearer direction for these shares manifests itself, however my recent share trades followed and mirrored the Governors.

MDL. I do not know why the shares are in strong demand but someone knows something, so much so a single trade of 40K shares at 22.5p tells me something is going on and is prepared to pay over the prevailing strike price, or is going to get their fingures burned. Watch this space. I will repeat what I have often mentioned before There is always someone with special information and knowledge and is prepared to take a gamble and deal on that knowledge.
