PXC. Trades ducking and diving some good volume trades, which will win? Lots of heavy volume selling tinged with equal and opposite buying. I am calling on my previous footprints which have since left this page. Something is about to be released into the public domain. With only a drop from 8p to nowt. If the shares drop to nowt i feel sorry the guys who purchased millins woths of shares recently, for those who are buying now, they know something. I just wish the Company/Analysts would just come out with it and tell us what is developing, because as sure as the day is 24hours long this company is out of its depth.

PTC. Share price moves up .05p without reason. Selling pressure 30th fizzled out. Now price moves without just cause. I cannot afford to take my eyes off this play. This share seems to be linked to DA, whose share price was down 2p early today.

ECK. Posted strong Sell by mistake Strong Buy. What a plonker I can be at times!

ECK. I have returned to this play. Nearly 4m shares traded, mostly buys. Profits and Turnover ahead of expectations. Directors have more or less said that they believe ECK is undervalued.Freecom.net disposed raising £3.2M. A big hint of future share price appreciation . Directors say they envisage "unlocking" shareholder value. Get in whilst the share offer value for investment.

EIC. During my weekend trawl of the weekly figures released from this digital tv channel provider, I came across this nugget. Turnover is up 589% from £53K to £365K and losses reduced from £1.35M to £514K. I am scared off though by the wide spread. With a market cap of just under £3M on 414M ISC. More research is required but it looks like this tiny company is heading in the right direction. Shares show a certain amount of valatility but will settle down with time.

DGM. good morning debbie. your opinion is as valid as everyone elses, because without opinions we cannot judge whether we are on the right track. Director's stakes can be a sign of good times ahead, or like you rightly and validly point out is an attempt to boost confidence. Either way they (the Directors) achieve that because it gets us talking about it. The shares price is are very fragile, it will only take some bad sentiment to knock them again, but a bit of good news will see them back up to 10p -20p in a short period of time. I believe the share price is too low for a Company with such a strong balance sheet, the shares are underpinned with £10M worth of funds. I am holding quite a few thousand of these shares. I will sell and post such when the time arrives. I am posting a buy, because I think all the rotten news is in the price and the only way is up.

DGM. It almost isn't worth reporting, but I will do to keep us amused and keep debbies footprints company. Two Director's declared and interest yesterday. 1st A Dickson own 0.01% 2nd D Trigg owns 0.02% of ISC. I know these holdings aren't significant in the scheme of things and are not going to set the Company's fortunes alight. But I am giving the guys a break, bless, they are willing to put their own money where it matters in the Company for better or worse. When Directors buy, it has been said they give clear confidence and BUY signals, how do you guys interpret the recent Holdings announcements?

IDD. Hi nicksig. Thanks for that. I took the chance to download thr pdf report. There was nothing new that I found from that which was released 5th August. 30th Sept was the end of the first 1/2, so we can expect some more news flow regarding first 1/2s trading in the coming months if not sooner. It surprised me why 30th Sept was chosen as a release date when much of the information has been in the public domain for almost two months, a bit strange to me. I wonder if there were any hidden motives or a Board agenda?

HHO. Good morning unicorn. Thank you for that. I came across the same report and I tried to get some corroborate evidence from my sources, I have not come across any news regarding this from official sources. If it proves that the Co is terminally strapped for cash the Chairman and Board have deep pockets. They will do everything in their powers to preserve and appreciate their investments. This can go either way. When a Company is in dire straits one thing is for sure the likes of KM do not allow the situation to develop as not only is their cash pile at stake so is their reputation. My deep down belief is that, and I hope I am not proved wrong, the comapany cash crisis will blow over this presents a good buying opportunity at these levels. But only invest if you are a risk taker, widows and orphans stear clear for the time being. Whilst this uncertainty persists I cannot see any Bidders popping up. Unless the former ousted and disgruntled Chairman can conjure up a Bidding team, there are still "heavies" with substantial holdings still on the register.

ZGP. Good morning debbie, you were up burning the "midnight" oil. I think the product news will manifest itself when Analysts and Journalist get round to looking at this firm. Until then the shares are worth tucking away, as I said I do not buy into companies with SP over £1 so I must confess my research here is minimal, but I will footprint anything I incidentally come across. The trades yesterday seemed to me bread and butter stuff. My guess is the share price has come of as a result of the possible excitement of a "bid" coming waning and the over reaction to the new product story dying away, but so far I have no evidence from either Z or PXC camps. Sorry to footprint what appears to be a false alarm pth Sept, you can blame the messanger if you like. I am still posting a hold though because I think there is future potential in the SP as the Co appears to be well managed.

LGB. Good morning Giggabytes. Full agreement with you, the misreporting is insignificant in the overall situation, it's just in my mind the Directors have to shoulder the responsiblity, to that end I have no confidence in this Board (LGB). Now that we know the Directors have expressed their full backing it is now a done and dusted deal mores the pity, I like a feisty fight now and again. The extremely interesting point made and I will give it full support is the notion that LGB is now so vulnerable to attack themselves. The SP has fallen back so much it is like getting money for nothing & free profit. I just cannot understand why with the funds sitting there no "johny come lately" Bidder has pounced. I will be watching the share deals closely and prices paid. Any and all "significant" holdings should now be of public record. So any new Holdings announcements will give a clue of possible future owners. I have posted a BUY because the share price has fallen to insultingly low levels. I will also be watching the register of RAF just in case there is another potential Bidder stalking, you never know with these situations!

HHO. Hi unicorn, I read that the Directors had released tough trading fortunes but they neglected to mention in the announcement of a cash crisis as severe as you indicate, do you know if the story has developed and have things really got that bad here, see even Mr KM gets his fingures burned.

LGB. The Board have had to put out an amendment to a previous announcement regarding the released figures. This Board (LGB) is like a comedy act. I do not know if they are deliberately taking the "mick" or they are genuinely not clued up.

PXC. The drip feed sells was I believe a cynical ploy to get us to sell in the belief that something was negative. But I did not fall for it. Note the 1M buy just before the "bell" todays session. This Co is at the cutting edge of Broadband WiMax & Voip protocol.

ISD. I cam across an announcement made 28th Sept under RNS ref 8599Rto the effect that The Command Fund has a "substantial" interest of 7.42% or holds 4.45M ISC. Any observers of this stock may consider this in light of the recent Director purchases.

ISD. Hello sharewatcher, I can empathise with your negative stance here. But sometimes Directors dealings give some clue as to future events before they unfold. I am too inclined to distrust this situation and often my over cautious stance lets me down, but that is the nature of the "Beast". I may be proved wrong in the fullnes of time but I think the shares have bottomed at around 8p. I too am cautious but my instincts say buy warily.

PRTY. My Buy position yesterday was held in the belief that the 888 situation had staibilised. I admit the shares fell early today but have recovered and gained. I have now moved to a hold pending some possible positive news on the on line gaming front. So far there is and has been too much negativity which I think now has been overdone & has run its course, so much so all the immediate downer sentiment is in the price. It will only take a spark of positivity to set the industry alight. So for now a HOLD. I am not selling at this level.

LGB. I did not realise the full terms of a share swap, I originally read it was a mix of cash & shares. Even so they will have to accumulate sufficient shares in the open market to push the vote through. Holders will have to wait for the Circular to see the full terms, it is impossible now to judge the efficacy of the deal until then.

RAF. In order for LGB to succed it will need to keep buying shares to secure enough votes to push the deal through when Members of RAF vote on any prospective deal. In order to do that they will be buying shares in the open market just like or I, whatever is the highest price paid for thos shares accumulated will have to be the "minimun" price offered to everyone else when it comes to the reamining shares held by the likes of us (shareholders/Members). So until we know for sure 1st the opening price, which I believe to be .39p 2nd a revised offer based on the highest price LGB pays for its stake during the offer period, 3rd Once it has secured 90% it can compulsory buy up the remaining 10% pursuant to the companies act. But I remind you there is plenty of time before that happens LGB could just walk away and dump its holding. I never buy shares because of a prospective bid situation it is too fraught with hurdles to trip you up. But having said that once a company has a predator otheres may sit up and take note and become a "white knight".
