ADL. There is quite a succinct peice on page 60 of this issue of Investors Chronicle 4th - 10th Nov. The final analysis is that ADL is fairly prices.

PXC. Wimax update is in the arena today. Makes interesting reading. worth a read. Also 527,547 shares dumped on market as a result of Employee share scheme maturing. By the looks of some of the sells, in particular 482,122 & 762 & 30,622 most of these have been sold.

DGM. I am getting advice from my sources as to whether info is price sensitive inside info or otherwise. If it is then any thing which causes information, which if released and would materially affect the share price is inside info. There is another issue which deals with inducing others to trade on price sensitive info. I am clarifying if it is already out there.

CWV. This play will shortly move out of its normal trading range. With £1.46M in cash and a MV £1.9M the numbers and recent news say it all for now.

DGM. All the advice you need is in the foorprints all 110 pages worth. You just have to look for it. It is not my fault DGM is in this position, so do not take frustrations on me, I do not take too kindly.

BIT. A further 200K 1p shares will be admitted to trading 24th Nov. Will hit the EPS, possibly weaken the share price, this may have caught today's buyers by surprise, possibly?

PXC. There is a report out that suggests that Voip will account for 80% of voice traffic by the year 2012. As PXC is frantically unbundling BT exchanges as fast as it can and in increasing numbers. The cost of calls made by landline in 2004 was around £10BN. Even if PXC picked up a piece of this action, which it continues to do so increasingly, it will directly flow to the P&L/BS.

STP. Missed of the M. £5 over three years would be ludicrous. But post correction for the purists.

IMX. A mixed message set of interims released. On the one hand losses reduced from £1.848M to £406K. But shareholders funds deficit increases to $4.85M, largely due to an increase in creditors. Possible strain on cash flow. Possible cash call or debt restructuring in the future.

STP. Under contract with Entacall Telecommunications Ltd, to supply 10000 Entacall's customers with Voip service. The deal amounts to £5 revenue stream spread over three years. Buy now for vulgar future profits. Buyer in for another session paying top price for shares.

DGM. I think the issue it is best left alone. A big thing made out of nothing. SPQR.

DGM. It is easy done. One buys shares after a big fall say 1 1/4p then sell those shares after the "dead cat bounce". It is a trick I learned twenty or so years ago. It may only be £200 in your book it £200. for no effort sweat. It is like taking candy from a baby. A nice 3%+ return. But then again I am a grown up egoist. Others who bought that day may well have done the same. Profit is a profit as they say SPQR. But thanks for comments I now know my inner self.

EPO. Goldman Sacks announced today that they account for 3.9% of ISC or 560,350K shares.

DGM. I sold yesterdays purchases earlier today taking advantage of 1/4p uptick, made £200. I was hoping for more, but cest la vie. I am running with the rest of my holding. Interesting to see Fidelity back on the Register of Members.

DGM. Good research digging Dinky, my info was from the late 1990s, so it looks like they are still hand and glove. I am going to dig dig dig, and when I cannot dig no more I will ferret away until I nibble right down to the bone until I square the circle here. The juicy £4M cash sitting in the DGM bank A/C is irrestible to Corporate raiders, what do you guys think.

DGM. JP was linked to a Mr A Chalmers both run an IT business out of New Zealand. By co-incidence both appear to be connected with I-Spire. What do you know of what happened to AC. Is he still wheeling and Deal ing with JP?
