DGM. The FSA thought the same when it stripped I=Spire of its stock market listing some years ago. Why would the Board of DGM give in without a whimper. Some unfinished Corporate Business I see. The FSA will be looking at this developing situation and so will Shareholders. If a share price appreciation materialises that is fine. But I am an ethical investor and I cannot support dodgy dealings.

DGM. They are pretty well peeved because their investment has been pretty well hammered. Allowing a mopping up of the blood sweat and tears.

DGM. What advantage is it for I-Spire to knowingly allow the share price to fall to current levels, allowing me to snap up well needed shares that I-Spire need to build up its stake. That does not make sense, it just causes I-Spire more grief if it wants to buy my holding off me. They should have been in there ahead of me. All told all parties are caught on the hop and caught by the short and curlies. I am holding on to my shares tightly.

DGM. nicksig, did you see it coming. How could I-Spire predict the future. DGM would not let them have any more info other than what was publicly available. You are a shareholder ask DGM Board for price sensitive information and see what type of response you get. trust me I HAVE TRIED. BELIEVE ME.

DGM. Currently you have, Investors who bought in at 21p you have investors bought in at 15p and so on. This is a perfect buying opportunity to recopu losses. Just think how I-Spire feel right now, thunderous great losses, kissed off good and proper, cannot sell cannot squeak without without "city" approval. and us lot spoiling the party.

DGM. Investment opportunists and previous stakebuilders will take full advantage of the current share price weakness. I think I have articulated the position quite succinctly. BUY for future share price appreciation.

DGM. The market can be so predictable. Now when I post sell, it is up to you guys to decide whether you run with your money or follow an lock in profits and seek another good fortune. You pays the money you take the choice. for now hold!

IDD. These confirm what I posted 21st September. That is 675.96946M shares or 61.95% of ISC held now. However Framlington's 9.82% is nominee split Thus State Street, HSBC. So there has been no further movement sibce then?

IDD. mussy Cannot didpute your calculations. But was it stumped up in the cash or were they options? Like I say this co has 1Bn share Issued, it is going to take a pretty good set of unknown interims to justify the current valuation. I would like to see a share consolidation before any share appreciation would be worth while. I have sold recently locking in cash. Any further rise will allow me to lock in further holdings profits, a weakness will be a buying opportunity.

IDD Hi neddy I have also sold 200000 and got 1.23p a bit of a profit. But playing both hands at the moment. 1st running with remainder holding 2ndly may re-invest recent proceeds if price dips. Quids in either way. Thanks neddy

IDD. This co has in excess of 1Bn ISC 61% is held with institutions etc. And still the share price is still sub 1.50p. Bits and pieces stories are all well and good but not practical in the overall Corporate situation. If I am to believe this share price will rocket come Wednesday then I think it is time to seek my fortune elsewhere. I am an old cynic and 40M shares in this co is monkey food.

IDD. mussy, if the news of the 40M purchase did not spurt the share price. Why suppose it should now? I am not privvy to interim results, and neither should anyone else. So who do you think and who is buying the shares? I can elliminate obvious would be buyers. But I would be intrigued, who on the "inside" is allowed to buy at the moment? So many unsnswered questions.
